1. Assemble and hang a washing line in the garage. A piece of wood has already been fixed to the stud's in preparation (see photo). We need you to assemble the washing line and fix it to the wall. 2. Move the bike bracket further up the wall and install another bracket below for a 2nd bike (see photo). Install a 3rd bike bracket on a different wall. Please provide a quote for this work.

Need someone to install a new fireplace insert and mantel piece in a fireplace (decorative purposes only$ and then plaster as required around the mantel to ensure the fireplace can then be sanded and painted. See video. The timber door needs to be repaired so the lock and timber doesnt come apart. It's not broken, it's more the door needs to be held together. Door closer on the Level 2 men’s bathroom door near the kitchen is coming loose from the frame. The wood screws appear to be pulling out which causes the mechanism to drop and the arms to catch on the top of the door. When the door is opened firmly it rattles and shifts further. Looking for someone with their own tools and part to fix this, to properly secure and re mount the door closer, ensure the screws are correctly seated and check alignment so the door opens and closes smoothly and safely.

Roller door is stuck in this position. Need assistance to fix the unit as there was a spark coming from it. It is tripping the electricity.

Our Luxaflex Electric Honeycomb blinds won’t respond to the remote. We have replaced batteries on the remote so we believe that’s not the problem.

We have two sliding patio doors. Each door has an upper panel (200x160cm) and a lower panel (200x80cm). I was hoping the lower panel could have something more robust than the normal fibreglass mesh (have already purchased Duraview if that helps). Thanks Matthew.
