The bathroom drawer front has come off and it just needs to be firmly re-affixed. We can put it back on but it just falls off again.Z Key will need to be picked up and dropped off from a local keynest. It is an Airbnb property and our next guest is in tomorrow at 3pm so needs to be done by then.

Someone keeps trying to break in keeps ripping off the brace of the brick wall just need some new screws. Someone who’s handy on the tools.

The budget I've listed is for site inspection/quotes only. Once inspection is done, then sparky will quote me. Looking to install 4-5 DC ceiling fans in our second floor apartment (of a three storey building, so no roof access). Build is about 2010. Fans will need to be fixed to joist or noggin, needing a support bracket/similar. The ceiling is not a concrete slab; it's plaster. There are downlights in every room, so lights and fan via remote control is fine. There are also fire sprinklers in every room, so contractor will need to comply with those regulations. Ideally, a sparkly who has this experience is ideal for this job. If you do not have experience retrofitting ceiling fans, this is not the job for you. Thanks a million!

I have two small dents in my rental apartment. Exit inspection is on 4/8/25 1st dent is due to door handle banging the wall a couple of times. It is about 10mm diameter. This is the key work I need done. 2nd dent is on the ceiling and is triangular in shape with shorter sides both about 10mm from what I can see. Fixing this is optional. I cannot say with great confidence what the walls and ceilings are made of but looking at the damage it appears to be plasterboard

Hi there, Looking for someone who is skilled at hanging S fold curtains to assist me tomorrow. I have all the materials for track / curtain. Job: Hang x 1 280m sheer curtain ceiling mount Width is 265m (see picture( and the track will need to be cut down to fit space (byo saw, dril and ladder). I can be extra set of hands although Freedom believe it’s possible 1 person. I also have a tap that needs tightening, coat rack, hook and vacuum mount that needs mounting and a smoke alarm that needs a new battery. Flex on time for the right person!
