A small pond appears to be leaking as it is dropping water level very quickly. Needs re- lining. Pond is about 5 feet long, 2 feet wide and 18 inches deep

Schmick bar fridge is running warm. Lights work.

Grand fire built in bbq. Right hand side knob has lost ability to control gas (seems to have just let go won't grip). This knob also has an ignition switch that lights up (which still works). The bbq is built in and also built in with the ignition. Need fixed. Other burners work ok.

De-install an existing inground trampoline, and transport all parts to a few suburbs away. Tool used to install is provided. Has been installed for over 5 years so will require some digging. You'll need to bring other relevant tools. Brand: oztrampolines.

Inbuilt bbq has a knob at one end that doesnt engage with gas and is dicky. Other two knobs work fine. The bbq is an inbuilt bbq with electric igniter. The igniter still works (when push in) but the gas has given way and won't turn off and on easily. Grand fire bbq.

Change washer in kitchen tap and bath. Fix frameless shower screen where some water is leaking out.
