Please provide a quote we can submit to the insurance company to repair the damage done by mould (previous leak that has been fixed). The mould is now gone and the walls are dry. We have enclosed some images, but if you are interested, we can share a pdf with all images and sizes of the rooms (and previous mould pictures). We do not know when the work will be performed (the insurance company is in charge of the processes), but we expect in the next 3 months. The budget mentioned on the app is not correct, we are requesting quotes. I have a black out blind that was put up by Hilarys but it has come unfixed and fallen from the ceiling/top of the window where it was fixed. I need someone to refix it and do a good job as I own my property and don't want it damaged or to fall down again! The window is quite high and the pwrson would need a stepladder to fix it.

We have a carbon monoxide alarm that needs affixing to the ceiling (following the instructions carefully so it's done in line with the safety requirements!). We also need a curtain rail replacing and would like the person to come and assess what kind of new rail is needed then go and buy the appropriate item (we'll obviously pay for that as part of the work!) then install it.
