I have a build in wardrobe with drawers, shelves and a divider that need removing. The structure of the wardrobe is sound without those so just need someone who can cut away the sections and take them away. Front verandah and deck in rear garden need sanding back to bare wood. The front verandah measures 1.4 x 5.4m. The condition is pretty good, has a little warping etc. Access is through front gate, you can park out front on the road. The rear deck measures 1.4 x 2.4m. It's in good condition, nice and flat and has no varnish on it, easy job. I also need the top board on the sides sanding (see photo). Access is good, via rear roller door. No varnish or coating is needed, just the sanding. Happy to split the cost across materials / labour etc. if that's easier. Thanks. - Due date: Flexible

We have a large verandah and a hammock (in Northcote) which we would like to hang. We only have the hammock. We need hooks and additional hanging materials to be supplied. We are a fully vaxxed household and expect you to be vaxxed as well.

Just need someone to remove metal lacework from the verandah that is not well attached and in places fully detached and about to come down (see photos). Then strip it back ready for painting and reattach properly to the timber. Timber may need some filling in order to reattach but doesn't look in need of replacement. Note, the lacework is not one single large piece, it is a number of separate pieces, bolted together and painted over. Thanks! - Due date: Flexible
