Need a kitchen mixer tap replaced

Remove and replace mixer tap in bathroom.

Kitchen sink replacement to mixer tap. If new sink required , no problem

Cold tap (handle) is not closing properly: the tap is leaking. Would like to replace the tap with a mixer tap: happy to supply the mixer tap. Alternatively, stop the tap from leaking permanently, if doable.

This is a warranty replacement tap. It needs to be swapped for the existing tap. The work must be carried out by a licensed plumber.

Install 3 way mixer tap and under sink filter. Will also need to remove shelf under sink to make room for filter (and for me to install an under sink bin)

I need a plumber to replace 2 x shower wall mixers and 1 x bath tub mixer tap switching from chrome fittings to matte black fittings. Old mixer, bottom bolt image attached. Sink depth 230m ish, so needs at least a 250m socket extender or similar tool New mixer which is purchased, as standard style under 35mm bolt. I assume the current hole is a standard 35mm, can't be sure. Looks quite tight on the undermounted sink. Won't know for sure until old mixer is out.

My mixer tap won’t work anymore on my shower please help

Existing mixer kitchen tap has a slow leak at base and needs to be replaced. I have purchased a brand new replacement tap (with associated hoses and fitting parts as pictured) so just need the existing tap to be replaced with the new one (labour service only).

Already purchased Phoenix kitchen mixer tap needs to be installed. Current tap is also a phoenix mixer with similar mechanics, should be an easy swap. I am attaching what both the old and new taps look like as well as installation instructions. Prefer qualified plumber for the job.

We had a burst hose which connects to a mixer tap and as such need to replace the tap. The vanity is damaged and so we are going to replace that too. We have the tap, and vanity, sink including waste etc. THIS DOES NOT NEED TO BE SUPPLIED. We cannot isolate via the mini taps so we have no water!

You will have access to turn off water mains. Please note someone from airtasker already came a few weeks ago and changed the washers and made the leaking even worse. I think this could have been because they did not bring the correct washers , so maybe what they replaced eroded immediately resulting in even more dripping . The dripping has only been happening a few months before that it was fine. I am hoping tasker to bring any washers , tools or parts please as I have a very limited understanding of fixing shower leaks. Thank you. I am flexible for time it’s not urgent

Description ------------ My shower has developed a waterproofing/water ingress issue and I'm looking for an experienced tiler (or bathroom repair specialist) to assess and repair it in a single job where possible. Photos attached. Current issues ----------------- Bottom wall tiles are loose. Water has clearly penetrated behind the tiles. Mould/discolouration visible along lower grout lines and silicone. Shower is currently usable but requires repair before damage worsens. Required outcome --------------------- Identify the cause of the water ingress. Repair the shower to a professional standard. Replace or repair any damaged tiles, grout, adhesive, substrate and/or waterproofing as required. Ensure the shower is fully watertight and suitable for normal ongoing use. Note on price/effort ---------------------- I understand the full extent of the damage may not be known until the shower is opened up. Please come prepared to complete the repair during the visit where practical, rather than just providing an inspection. If more extensive damage is discovered (e.g. substrate, waterproofing or structural repairs), I'm happy to discuss and approve a reasonable variation for additional labour and materials before that work proceeds. About you ------------ I've had leaks in the past (not here, a different bathroom) and experience has shown that I definitely need to get someone with direct experience with shower leak/waterproofing repairs. Come to our attention our shower is leaking and the tiling needs to be resealed. We also have a toilet that is leaking water. Will need help with both and make sure tiles are not leaking water into the hallway

Hi. I have a leaking shower tap (likely washer/seating issue).

1. Shower tray is leaking onto the bathroom floor when we take a shower. We need someone to provide a waterproof patch job that will hold. It appears to be a very small gab in the grout/ tiling binder that’s causing the leak 2. Our catch is also peeling off and needs replacing.

As per video there is a constant dribble into the toilet. The cistern is a Wilco inwall cistern T02-0114 and you need the Wilco-GR-S747 – Inlet Valve, and Wilco-B01 – Outlet Valve to suit T02 cistern

Toilet door handle broken. Only opens from outside not inside. Come fix it or replace with new one whichever is easier or cheaper.

Need licensed plumber to clear blocked toilet. Hasn’t been working properly since this morning. When I flush, the water rises and slowly drains to below base level, but toilet paper doesn’t clear. Tried a plunger which usually works but it’s not doing the trick. I’m in a 5 storey apartment block on the fourth floor - neighbours either side of me aren’t having issues, and no other reported blocks in building, so building manager says it’s an individual problem.
