Find an experienced plumber in Sydney

I've already bought a hand held bidet. The valve to shut off the water is jammed and I need help installing the bidet. I do not need a new valve

I had my shower fixed 4 months ago and now it's leaking again, the same issue I had before. I would also like to know if there's any way the noise can be minimized as it's very disturbing from the room behind the shower.

Just moved and the when the washing machine is connected to the tap, the metal around the tap leaks. When the washing machine is not connected there is no leak

Fully Licensed Plumber required (Please provide license details). Two plumbing problems in a Sydney CBD apartment. First problem is the water in my shower is lukewarm now and my building manager thinks the tempering valve needs fixing or replacement. I have a green cap tempering valve. Please see attached pictures of what's under my laundry sink. The 2nd issue is that in my kitchen sink the water leaks when I put the plug in and I figured it's because there's a little gap around the outer circle area of the mouth of the sink hole. I put some silicone seal which temporarily fixed the problem but it's coming off and mouldy. Can you please advise if you can fix it and what sort of work would need to be done? Some pictures are attached in reference to the problems areas mentioned above. I require the work done on Tuesday 16th April if possible and at a specific time due to work restrictions. Please provide a quote to fix the problem above for lukewarm water and then how much extra it would cost to fix the leaking sink issue as well as what would need to be done. Please advise what the maximum amount of time you would need to fix both. Thank you.

Toilet isn’t flushing in a gallery space. Nothing blocked or anything, just flush hasn’t worked in some months. Water definitely flowing into toilet though.

It seems to be completely blocked and requires the expertise of a plumber to resolve the issue promptly. I'm looking for someone who has experience in dealing with such problems and can provide a quick and effective solution. Please bring along any necessary equipment or tools. Thank you!

1. Replace a toilet cistern flush valve with a new Fluidmaster Dual Flush Valve. Note : Cistern has a rusted screw which may need to be filed down to remove. New valve provided. 2. Replace kitchen sink tap and possibly connecting pipe /valve. Install new Estilo pull-out sink mixer. Note: tap mixer provided.
