Leaking shower tap that needs a professional.

The hand basin in my water closet exits through a normal u bend to a vertical pipe into the floor. It then joins to an easily accessible drain pipe. when the flow rate is high, the water leaks out at this junction before it can flow away through the drain pipe. This are was originally sealed with some form of silastic, and I broke the seal when unclogging the pipe. In addition, I am now renting the place and need to nominate a contact for urgent repairs to provide to my tenant.
