Chain broke and needing repair

I need two toilet seats assessed and replaced in my home. One toilet seat/lid has cracked and requires replacement. The other has cracking around the mounting/fitting area, so I would like that seat and its fixings inspected and replaced as necessary. I would prefer the successful Airtasker to inspect both toilets first, determine the appropriate replacement seats and fittings, then purchase the required items from a nearby Bunnings (or other suitable supplier) and return to install them.
