Hi, I’m in Montmorency and need a bathroom maintenance job done by a handyman/allrounder. The exhaust fan works and is good quality, but ventilation is poor. It is ducted outside (not into the roof). I need someone to check airflow, ducting condition, bends and the external vent to improve extraction (no fan replacement). There is mould around the fan and it barely extracts at all. I also need old silicone removed and replaced around the bath and part around the toilet, plus mould clean-up. The bathroom was renovated about 5 years ago.
