Doors are Unvarnished timber, will likely be oiled or waxed before install. However may wait for framing first. Doorway design for 1000mm(aprox) by 2340mm standard exterior door. Doorway steel framed with 100mm depth (aprox). Also need two through wall small vents installed. Will be 100mm x 80mm max with 100mm depth with all fittings. Can quote this as add on or included. The Issue: The bottom concealed hinge (European style) on the door of our security gate enclosure has snapped and come completely apart. Because the door is now loose and sagging, we cannot fully open it to push our sliding security gate into its cavity. The Job: The task is to replace the broken hinge to restore full operation to the enclosure door. The scope of work will involve: 1.
