Looking for an experienced carpenter/deck builder to remove and replace two existing timber deck pathways and repair a small deck area at the front of a cubby house at my rental property. Scope of works: * Remove and dispose of existing timber decking boards. * Supply and install new low-maintenance composite (eco/composite) decking that won’t require painting or staining and is resistant to rot. * Replace any damaged framing if required (please advise if additional work is needed after inspection). * Remove all rubbish from site. Deck sizes: * Path 1: 2,640mm (L) x 1,200mm (W) * Path 2: 4,780mm (L) x 1,200mm (W) * Small deck area in front of cubby house (see photos) – the timber has rotted and needs replacing. Total decking area is approximately 8.9m², plus the small cubby section.
