Looking for a split system maintenance and filter change

In need of a flue clean and potentially maintenance/safety inspection. The heater was bumped and the flue has moved so we just need to make sure it’s still connected in the ceiling and in good repair.

I have a bunch of odd jobs (and the list keeps growing), we are a very busy family of four and this list keeps growing. The list includes: - refitting three or four door handle striker plates - patching/repainting a 50 cent sized hole in the wall - sourcing and replacing a bunch of different light-bulbs - pulling out the fridge and cleaning the filter/behind the fridge. As I said, they are all small jobs but I keep putting them off and now it has become an afternoon's worth of work, an afternoon I just don't have. Please come and reset the list!

Looking for a qualified/certified and experienced person to assist with a mix of maintenance, minor electrical, and painting jobs at our home in Newtown. Tasks include: 1. Leaks: Repairing a leaking front gutter and fixing a leak in the study ceiling. 2. Electrical: Replacing spotlight fittings in the bathroom (may need complete fixture replacements) and replacing one spotlight in the family room. Note: The family room has high ceilings, so a tall ladder/proper reach equipment is required. 3. Painting: Prep, clean, and repaint the section of wall above the tiles in the bathroom. Requirements: Must be certified/licensed for electrical/roofing work. Please bring your own tools, including a tall ladder for high ceilings, and painting supplies. Hi Airtaskers! Unfortunately the dishwasher is not functioning properly. During operation, the dishwasher produces normal motor sounds; however, at the end of each cycle, the dishes remain unclean and a small amount of water is left at the bottom of the unit. Additionally, water was observed on the floor on one occasion. The dishwasher is a Westinghouse and probably close to 10 years old. Seeking a handy man to inspect and repair any obvious issues.

I have two split system heat / cooling air conditioners that need a service

We need our sectional roller door to be repaired . It won’t roll all the way down. It gets stuck with a metre to go. Our original installer has closed his business down. We would also like at the same time do general servicing of it.

1. Internal Door Adjustment * One internal door does not lock properly when closed. * Door appears slightly misaligned and needs adjusting so the latch catches correctly. 2. Front External Door Repair * Part of the front door frame/panel is deteriorating due to age and material is falling out. * Area needs to be filled/repaired, gap-filled where necessary, and painted. * Only the repaired section requires painting. 3. Bedroom Windows – Possible Water Ingress * Swelling/damage visible above both bedroom windows. * Needs inspection to identify where water may be getting in and repair as required. 4. Ceiling Gap Filling * Black dust/debris is falling through from the ceiling area. * Gaps/cracks need to be sealed/fillled to prevent further debris coming through.

My front door is starting to pull away from the door by the hinges. After retightening all screws it will pull away after a few days. I also have an internal door that I have attempted to install a Lockwood Privacy lever set. However the privacy nib does not work when installed so looking for someone to install this correctly.

I have a Dahon Eco folding bike that needs a standard service (check/tighten bolts, brakes, tune gears, degrease + clean + lube parts) plus installation of rear rack. Also, the latch on the main folding hinge is broken and needs to be replaced (I have the parts). To be done on Sunday 10/5 anytime between 10am and 7pm (preferred), Monday 11/5 after 6pm, Tuesday 3pm onwards or latest Saturday 16/5 anytime between 10am and 5pm.
