Aircon maintenance and cleaning for 3 split system air-cons ( 1 large and 2 medium/ small)and potentially one older aircon. One split system air-con (large) has a stuck open and closing leaver - see photo.

I got 8 year old ducted LG air-con. I don’t think it has been serviced for a while. There is light water dripping from vent and aircon not as cold as expected.
