Find an experienced handyman in Flemington VIC

The timber corner bracket inside the sofa, to which the screw-in metal leg is attached, has partially disconnected from the frame. Frame is a relatively sturdy chipboard, while the bracket is a softwood. I cut open some of the fabric underneath to investigate further. Not sure whether the timber bracket can be salvaged with extra long screw fixings into a different part of the chipboard frame or whether a new corner bracket is required. It would be nice to have the hole in the fabric either stitched back up or replaced - whichever is more cost effective.

Barn door rail in rental property is sagging and the bolts are coming out of the brick wall. The rail needs to be reinstalled and secured safely to the wall

Shower corner wall shelf has come away from tiles on one side. Not sure how it was originally attached. I tried to glue but it hasn’t lasted.

We need a Dolle floating shelf installed in a plaster wall, and a few screw holes filled where we missed the studs.

Our existing IKEA sink has cracked (see photos) and needs to be replaced. We have bought the same sink and is ready to be installed (IKEA HAVSEN). Need someone to remove old sink and install new one. Note the tap is not connected to the sink unit so unscrewing / rescrewing the drains to the new sink should be the extent of the plumbing work.

A blind pully string broke and we need it re-threaded. The top of the mechanism is about 3m high, so ladder use will be needed (but can be supplied). We have the string, but the plastic clasp needs replacing.

Install new shower screen

I have a Venetian blind I need installed in my kitchen. I have already purchased the blind. The blind dimensions are 1800mm X 1500mm drop. I would like the drop to be shortened to 1100mm once fitted. There is a fixed cornice it is to be fitted behind. The cornice width 100mm wide x 1810mm long. So, it's a bit of tricky space to fit into. As per photos attached, there already a roller blind in position, which I will remove before hand.Thanks

UPDATE: this is a very simple task, it should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. All that is required is 4-6 new screw holes be drilled into wood, and the catdoor frame screwed in place. If you are sending me an offer, please give a breakdown of why you are offering $150+ I need a new cat door frame installed to replace an existing one. The hole etc is all done so should be a simple job. Will most likely need new screw holes drilled and I don’t have the tools for that

I’m looking for someone to assemble and mount a new shed. The shed is an Abasco Ezislider Single Door shed 1.52m W x 0.78m D x 1.95m H. I also need it attached/stabilised to the ground, and am looking for some advice on the best way to do this. I have laid and levelled some pavers, but need whoever builds the shed to find a suitable way of pinning it. The shed needs to be positioned in a service courtyard that runs along the side of my house. I have a backyard where some assembly can be done though. DIY Dual sun/block 90cm x 240cm roller blind kit to be installed in corner window. Pack comes with everything, but will need to byo tools and small ladder (step ladder doesn’t quite get high enough for horizontal access!)

Task: 1. Install concrete footing - please supply and install concrete footing mix 2. Install new Milkcan Vienna 2 Parcel Pillar letterbox per install guidelines. Have purchased it already. 3.
