Find an experienced handyman in Flemington VIC

I’m after someone available before Friday the 27th (this week) to repair and paint fascia at the rear at my place in Flemington home. You’ll need to have a 8 metre ladder because the property is double story at the rear. I’ll be supplying all materials. Assume the job will take the a couple of hours.

Removing glass panel from window and building enclosure Approx measurements: L 1500mm W 750mm H 1900mm

Fix wooden bookshelves to walls (plaster over brick). L brackets provided. There are 3 shelves. So 6 holes required.

Install 3 ceiling fans in a top floor apartment . Model is a remote with light. There is no existing fans so would be a new install. Downlights are too close together so would need these disconnected. Roof cavity access Insurance certificate needed prior to work starting Electrical compliance certificate required for body corp after installation

Seven tasks > simple - drill in security camera supports x4 and hang another item >To more specialised - paint back door > To problem solving - solution for vacuum cleaner to dock and charge, as well as fit other long items (mop etc) in small space > And generic - little fixes for fireplace (filler and skirts) - install mailbox so that it is movable (not destroyed) down the track - tall ladder to take fan light off to replace globe > Can negotiate hourly plus materials. Probable need to come out and understand all the tasks, then Bunnings/other, then maybe a day worth of tasks

i have an apartment inspection tomorrow and have put a small hole in the wall on accident. need it patched up and painted over

I went on holiday and two pigeons decided to make my balcony their home. I shooed them away and pulled down the awning and locked it in place. They somehow flew back in and won't leave. I've tried everything I can think of. I need someone who doesn't freak out when pigeons fly around (like I do) to come and release the awning (it's clipped in) so they can fly out. I have no idea what to charge but this will be a quick job for someone not freaked out by pigeons.

The chain of the roller blind broke and came off.

Door frame repair to be completed on or preferably before Wednesday 26/11. I have the triangular middle piece missing from the frame (see photo). Electrical panel is control for central heating via floor vents (damaged wiring seen in pic) Aesthetically satisfactory job will suffice before rental inspection.

I require someone that is experienced in signage installation to help with installing some art work on a conference booth wall. The art work is an “easy dot” sticker panel covering 2 walls - 1x 3m in length; the other 2m in length. The 2m will be separated into 2 drops, 3m separated into 3 drops so there’ll be 5 pieces altogether. These will have 10mm overlap so that it doesn’t look weird when they’re finally installed!

Need a handyman or carpenter to help assemble some set items for an event. Just need impact driver and tape measure, nothing too serious, other tools will be at site if needed. Location Flemington Racecourse. Friday 7:30am - 3pm
