Fix plaster hole in bathroom

We’ve bought a large mirror (124cm w x 103cm h) that we plan to have above a mantelpiece. The mantelpiece has a fair-sized hook that could be used to secure the mirror via a chain, but the mirror does not currently have a chain on it. We need help in some way attaching securing the mirror to the wall so it is safely secured on the mantelpiece. The mirror is made of wood and could be screwed or nailed into (see pictures). You could also screw into the wall if necessary, although if the existing hook is sufficient that would probably be preferable. Ideally this would be done some time this working week (before or on Sat 17 Feb) - Due date: Before Wednesday, 14 February 2024
