I have an internal brick wall that has crumbling mortar because of moisture. We need the following done: 1. remove skirting, we want to reattach it later. It is secured by screws that won’t come out. I already have purchased the dryrod damp proofing rods. 3. Re-point the mortar in the wall where it has come off. The width is about 3M, and up to 90cm high at the highest point 4. I have purchased vinyl flooring at the right size for the bathroom (room size 240 x 175) and the laundry room (170x180). This needs to be cut accurately around the basin, toilet and shower, washing machine, and sink. This is temporary flooring so no need for glue or adhesive.
