My offer of $150 for the 2.5 hours worked at the unit (at the rate of $ 60 p.h. you previously agreed to) includes all equipment (including PPE for mould removal) AT fee on my end, detailed report on each of the issues with before/after photos and recommendations; as well as details on additional issues initially not on your maintenance list.
