This job includes roof inspection therefore person needs to be able to get onto the roof through window. I have 1x ladder but other equipment may be necessary. My front door is starting to pull away from the door by the hinges. After retightening all screws it will pull away after a few days. I also have an internal door that I have attempted to install a Lockwood Privacy lever set. However the privacy nib does not work when installed so looking for someone to install this correctly.
