Fix up jobs after tenant vacate

Need some reticulation maintenance. Small-medium garden front and back with reticulation. Need the non-functioning parts repaired. There are two non-functioning Hunter rotator pop-up sprinklers that likely need the nozzles replaced. (One red nozzle and one yellow-brown nozzle - see pictures). There are at least two blocked drippers that need to be cleared. Need the rest of the retic inspected too - although I don't think there is much else wrong with it.
