A new wall has been built and i need the top to be rendered to match other walls. See attached photos.

The pictures fireplace needs to be repointed (many loose bricks), replastered and then out the original cast iron fireplace back in place for decorative purposes.

My retractable awning appears imbalanced when opening, with the right side hanging lower than the left. I’ve noticed that the metal pin on the right-side handle is loose and doesn’t seem to be installed properly. I need someone to come and fix it for me. You will need a ladder to reach out to the awning.

Hey Airtaskers, I'm after someone to come install as set of IKEA Skytta Doors over my PAX wardrobe (already installed). As per the attached image, I would like the wall between the wardrobe and the door to be framed out, plasterboard and rendered so the Skytta doors have something to butt up to. Plastering to the bottom side of a window (which is elevated) has been peeling off, downward. This is on the inside of the house. Some loss of waterproofing with storms (leakage).
