Need plastering repaired, I can arrange painting myself

the opening system of our awning window broke down because of the wind. Some parts are missing. Glass is completely fine, but we need to setup the opening system again. Note: all the hinges and the hardware has been taken off ( see the pictures: that is what needs to be reinstalled) the window in order to close it. Some of them fell but mainly hinges, so I have bought everything. Just need help to repair it ! Easy money for whoever has a little knowledge about windows !
