Room is on top story of double story house, easy access to man hole (in same room with pull down ladder to roof loft/ceiling cavity).

Fixing of power point socket/panel - I don’t think it need re wiring but needs to be removed, put back in properly and replastered.

Plastering a few holes around the house

Old retractable awning needs to be removed. Is is disconnected from power point already. It is connected by 3 metal supports. Once removed please dispose (it came in multiple pieces when installed) Standard Garage door to be replaced. Brand new door has been purchased. New door lock will also be provided which is identical to the old one so the frame holes don’t need adjusting. Door is identical replacement so the hinges can stay just replace the door onto the old hinges. Dispose of old door. Hollow MDF so can be broken down if needed.
