Hi there Small builder here - current plasterer is over seas and just need a few floats done on a job prior to paint See photos. Mainly just floats and a few floats around skirting lines.

I need a brick wall rendered/plastered till paint ready. It’s several 10-20cm wide gaps, about 1.3 square meters total.

Looking to add 3 x new electrical power points (double points) plus wall mount 43 inch Samsung TV (simple bracket, already purchased). 1 new point behind tv, and 1 each under the desks. Photo provided. Existing power point is on adjacent wall (bottom right of photo). No existing power point on same wall (or behind same wall into other room). Qualified electricians only please. I need this power point removed and the original put back on with a wall mount/bracket to ensure it is secure, sits flush with the wall and is compliant. Currently as there is a wall cavity it is loose and not secure. Plastering fix up will be done after.

Fixing of power point socket/panel - I don’t think it need re wiring but needs to be removed, put back in properly and replastered.

A small areas of the wall needs to be plastered and painted (see second image). Small part of the door needs to be fixed as it has been broken in (see first image).

I need a building surveyor to provide a building permit for a small deck (porch) and front verandah. We have architectural drawings and are in the process of obtaining structural engineering and fire engineering documentation.
