I have recently got repointing of the whole roof done. For some reason, I am hearing dripping sound in one of the rooms when it reasons. It is coming above the ceiling. Not sure if the roof is leaking somewhere. I want someone to come and inspect the roof and fix the leak.

Currently, two of my downpipes (right next to each other) are plumbing into the neighbouring unit's water tank, a metre away. The downpipes are overflowing with heavy rain due to the tank being constantly full. I'm looking for a licensed plumber to instead divert these two downpipes underground to the nearby storm water pit (less than a metre away) and cap off the existing connection to the water tank. I have written permission from the neighbouring unit's owner to divert the downpipes away from his tank.

One of our gutter drains is blocked and need someone to unblock it

Gutter rash damage to wheel of a Mazda CX-5. Looking for someone who is able to repair/touch up.

The two downpipes in the photo are blocked and draining very slowly (especially the left one). I need both downpipes professionally cleared so they can drain properly. When it rains, they quickly back up, causing water to spill from the rainhead overflow. Both pipes run into the ground, but I’m not sure where they drain. There’s a stormwater pit nearby, but I don’t know if they connect to it.

A polycarbonate roof sheet blew off / broke in the storm last weekend and the roof sheet now needs replacing today before the rain comes. It’s 850mm x Approx 2050mm (not sure how far it extends under the ridge capping)

A small section of roof has come away, refer to picture. Requires re-securing/fixing as rain will get in. Think it came unstuck during recent storms. Check area for any other signs of any other damage or aged roof rivets. Please advise quotes, difficult to put in a budget amount (unknown).

Clean leaves in the gutter on the second lever of townhouse. It’s a small gutter, around 5m high.

Two downpipes (situated right next to one another) are are draining very slowly into the nearby storm water drain. This may be because they are connected to each other before reaching the the stormwater pit. I would like to have the blockage cleared so water can flow freely.

Roof of garage to be investigated and repaired to stop leak into garage

There is a minor leak in the roof, and some spots are appearing on the room ceiling. The roof tiles are terracotta. The tiles are not cracked, which has already been checked. Please see the attached photos as a reference. Last year, the roof and gutters were fully cleaned and repointed. I have attached photos of the area immediately above the minor leak.

I need a few broken tiles replaced on roof of my first and second story. I also need help removing a build up of damp debris that has accumulated in the roof space of the first story. I live in a 2 story town house.
