There are leaks in one corner of the outdoor area even when the roof panels are closed

Looking to replace a sheet of plastic roof sheet that has holes in it

Roof paint is peeling. I tried sanding and spraying with sealer coat but didn’t work. Needs to be repainted. 2016 Subaru Liberty

There is a smell of a dead animal (likely possum) coming from the roof. Just need someone to go up and remove the possum (we have a ladder to get up there).
