The in-wall toilet in the master bedroom keeps running water even when the flush button is not pressed; the toilet flushes normally.

Im buying this extendable kitchen tap and need it installed. Photo of the product and the current tap attached

gas cooktop - need a new one installed. need new taps in laundry and kitchen. i need help selecting the appliance and hardware too. I dont want to pay too much and get the wrong ones. I want to have a hose attachment on laundry tap for my hose. i want a new gas cooktop - old one needs replacing.

Drill a hole inside a pipe then connect the hose for washing machine drain. This pipe in the picture doesn’t have holes we need to drill one and connect the pipe

I need to split the existing cold water shut-off into two outlets (dual outlet valve or a tee + extra shut-off). One outlet stays as-is, and the second will feed the fridge. The fridge connection/fitting is 15 mm (see the pictures), where the line attaches. I don't need help with connecting it to the fridge. The fridge is already installed, and the only thing that I need is a dual outlet. You should have relevant plumbing licence/certificate.

Install 3 way mixer tap and under sink filter. Will also need to remove shelf under sink to make room for filter (and for me to install an under sink bin)

1. Kitchen sink: The sink is leaking. Leaks from a rubber fitting that connects sink with the drain pipe. 2. The pipe/drain from the kitchen sink is almost blocked so needs to be cleaned out as well. Have tried drain cleaner but fails to completely restore the flow (clogs up within a few days again). Will need a longer probe to clean out the pipe, probably. 3. Bathroom sink has a leak as well, but slower (slow drip). May be possible to seal with teflon tape, but not sure.

We have a shower that is currently letting out water, and as a result needs waterproofing (mould resistant silicone required)

Two problems: 1. I bought and moved in to my apartment in July. I noticed that the hot water often (but not always) takes ages to heat up. Sometimes as much as 10 minutes. The building manager has told me there’s nothing wrong with the building that would be causing it. 2. A couple months ago I had a new washing machine installed. Since then, the water pressure in my kitchen has been pathetic. Often it’s just a dribble and it’s getting worse.

Looking to get in touch with a plumber for our bathroom reno. Need guidance to begin with and then the actual trades to complete the job.

Brand new washing machine was delivered today from in hi fi and not installed properly just ran a cycle and it’s flooding water now - probably attached wrong
