Bathroom mixer tap has slow flow after hot water system was repaired. Cannot access aerator to remove it and check for blockages.

We have a loose nut on a hose pipe connected to a sink mixer tap that is not properly tightened, causing the pipe to leak. We were able to tighten it to slow down the leak but it's still leaking. There is limited access behind the sink due to some shelving which cannot be removed (see photos). We unsuccessfully attempted to fully tighten the nut with a basin wrench but found it difficult to tighten, probably due to our inexperience. We also tried to use an adjustable wrench but it was too long to get it into the right position to tighten the nut. We don't want to waste your time or our time so only bid if you’re a licensed plumber and you are confident you can fix it with minimal time and fuss.

I’m trying to replace the cartridge on my kitchen tap as it’s leaking from around the handle. I’m trying to use Allen keys to get the handle off but am not having any luck. I need a plumber to come and have a look and complete the repair/replacement.

EDIT - based on feedback from many it sounds like it needs a new tap installed! So I'm going to buy a new tap and therefore - the scope of the task has changed! New job is install new tap! The mixer tap in our en-suite has fallen off. The rod and washer system that runs through it has dis-integrated! So that piece needs to be re-attached and the tap fixed to the vanity. So someone who knows what they're doing with that is required!

I had my shower fixed 4 months ago and now it's leaking again, the same issue I had before. I would also like to know if there's any way the noise can be minimized as it's very disturbing from the room behind the shower.

Shower leaks from the shower door onto the bath mat. The mat is soaked after every shower. I replaced the seal at the bottom of the door but that hasn’t made any difference. Water appears to leak through around the hinge and where the door meets the bathtub. Preferred date for the job is Friday 1 March.

Toilet is blocked (not all of the time) - need a plumber

We have two toilets that need some help from a plumber! Toilet 1 (see photos) has no leaking issue but it intermittently does not re-fill easily(or at all) after a flush. Toilet 2 (see photos) has been operating fine since we moved in several months ago until today. After a flush all of the sudden water started running out of the back of the tank. I have yet to turn the water back on to investigate the issue on my own. I'm assuming a seal has gone bad? Odd that it happened all at one versus a slow leak though? Offer is to inspect a s repair both toilets. Parts not included.

My toilet had been running/trickling for a while and now it wont flush because there is no water in the sistern. I have turned the water inlet off so that is stops running.

The toilet needs 2 things to be fixed. The pipe connecting the supply to the water holding area is leaking. Next, the flush button is not working properly.

The toilet flushing mechanism is not working. The small plastic tube under the button fell out and is missing. Once the cistern is full it flows into the toilet bowl.
