Replace old laundry mixer tap with a new tap, which I will supply. Old tap base mount has rusted making it hard to remove the bolts - see photo.

There's water leaking out from 2 showers at the ground surface level. Shower dimensions- 1. 900mm x 900mm 2. 1600mm x 900mm Leaks were identified by a plumber through flood test. There is no leakage in the plumbing. Plumber suggested that the grouting seems to be problematic and has gaps. Attached are pics of both shower where the leakage is.
