I have a very high ceiling fan, 4-5m up in my apartment within a second level void and can't be reached without a ladder. Need someone to access this with a tall ladder to clean the fan, and remove a balloon string that's wrapped around the fan. Quick task for someone with an appropriate ladder.

A small piece of water damaged wall needs to be repainted with Dulux matt Nougat,(please supply a small can of this paint) a broken corner of a garden bed needs to be rehinged and nailed, and a repair to a leaking shed roof.

Attach TV to wall - we have the bracket already attached to the TV just needs to be affixed to wall. Repair door handle of a sliding door that has fallen off. Repair lock on a sliding bathroom door. Repair a cupboard latch that makes a weird noise sounds like it may break. Repair a door handle that doesn’t shut properly. Install blind cord safety devices on approx 8 sets of blinds (we already have the devices). Install towel hiooks on tiled bathroom walls (we already have the hooks). Help change light globe in an outdoor light. Clean a few cobwebs/mould off exterior of house - you would need a long extendable cleaner for this, we do not own one. Sand and repaint a few areas on walls which have been repaired. This will be a day or two of work I think.
