Hi, I need someone who knows how to adjust and tighten bike brakes. The brakes on my bicycle have become loose, and I need assistance getting them properly adjusted. I live near Punt Road, and I'm happy to bring the bike to you if you're nearby. I don't have any tools for bike maintenance, so you'll need to provide your own tools. All round handy man required. 4-5 apartment windows (wooden frames) have recently become difficult / impossible to close, partially due to recent exterior painting by body corp and some ware n tear due to age. A small piece of water damaged wall needs to be repainted with Dulux matt Nougat,(please supply a small can of this paint) a broken corner of a garden bed needs to be rehinged and nailed, and a repair to a leaking shed roof.

The dishwasher requires some maintenance, where it starts and then stops after a 5 minutes with a fair bit of water gathered at the bottom. It is a fisher and paykel dishwasher.

Attach TV to wall - we have the bracket already attached to the TV just needs to be affixed to wall. Repair door handle of a sliding door that has fallen off. Repair lock on a sliding bathroom door. Repair a cupboard latch that makes a weird noise sounds like it may break. Repair a door handle that doesn’t shut properly. Install blind cord safety devices on approx 8 sets of blinds (we already have the devices). Install towel hiooks on tiled bathroom walls (we already have the hooks). Help change light globe in an outdoor light. Clean a few cobwebs/mould off exterior of house - you would need a long extendable cleaner for this, we do not own one. Sand and repaint a few areas on walls which have been repaired. This will be a day or two of work I think. "A fibrecement cladding panel at the external rear of steps top landing was partly detached" that is about 2 x 1m that needs to be re-placed in / sealed in.
