Looking for an experienced plasterer/renderer to supply all materials, tools and labour for a texture render finish on a retail showroom facade. Scaffold provided. JOB DETAILS: • Net renderable area: approx 28m² (deducting glazing and entry door) • Exterior facade of retail showroom • Finish: Rockote - Santini texture render - rolled finish • Care required around large arched window, entry door and glazing WORK REQUIRED: • Surface prep and bonding primer application x1 coat (Rockote) • Supply, and apply exterior texture render x1 coat (Rockote) - using heavy roller • Clean edges around windows, arch and door frame CONTRACTOR TO SUPPLY: • All materials (render, primer, masking etc) • All tools and equipment • I will provide scaffold Reference images of the exact finish im after can be seen in the attached. A section of blueboard (fibre cement sheet) has fallen off an external corner on the upper storey of my house (see first picture). The blueboard was originally added over exposed polystyrene panel ends at the corner junction when the extension was built around 15 years ago. It appears to have been adhesive-only fixed, which is likely why it failed. Scope of work: - Safe access to upper storey exterior (you'll need your own ladder/scaffolding) - Scrape back any degraded polystyrene surface to solid foam (it has been exposed for about a month) - Cut and fit new blueboard sheet to cover the exposed area - Fix with both construction adhesive and mechanical fixings (screws into frame) - Seal all edges with polyurethane sealant - Apply a skim coat of acrylic render to match surrounding finish on new board - not the whole wall - Painting is NOT included — I'll handle that separately While you're here I would like you to also seal the other corner (see last photo). Please include all materials in your quote. I am retired so flexible on timing. There is onsite parking.

We need help rendering the front of our house. There is already old render on the walls. We want to add additional render to the existing render so it is all one smooth and even surface. Total 15sqm

Driving out of the garage our car scraped off some of the corner of our house concrete rendering. There’s one longer spot approx Approx 13cm long + one smaller spot approx 3cm long above that. Due to the recent heavy rain, the property has suffered some extensive leaking in various parts. The insurance claim was rejected, stating some areas that needed to be fixed prior to repairs being approved. I will attach parts of the report and photos to the job. It is a double story townhouse.

have rendering on the front of my house that is letting water in where the render abuts a large sliding door. I've had water leaking testing done by my insurer to isolate the location of the leak. I have a few other sports of rendering too to tidy it up and painting of the entire wall to make it all took the same/not patchy. If you were able to assist, I'd need an itemised tax invoice so I can prove to my insurer that I've carried out the repair works. I'm in Richmond and I am supposing you'd have to see the site to work out what's involved. I'd obviously like to start as soon as possible but anytime in the next few weeks would be OK.
