I’m in Pascoe Vale South. The bottom latch on my timber French doors isn’t engaging with the frame, so the door won’t close and lock properly. It’s a floor bolt style latch that secures into the bottom of the frame. The latch isn’t pushing into the hole. Looking for someone to inspect and repair — could be a quick adjustment, realignment, or latch replacement. Please bring any tools or replacement parts needed.

Repair slightly buckled roller garage door panel. Roller garage door has a buckled bottom panel. Door still rolls up and down fine (I have checked both manual and automatic modes) but catches at the top due to the buckling (see attached photo). Looks like the bottom panel just needs to be taken off, straightened and then put back on.
