Find an experienced handyman in Kensington VIC

I'm after quotes from a carpenter/handyperson that can repair/replace rotten fascia beams on the front of the roof of the house, as well as replace approximately 10m2 of weatherboard down the side. Also need one fencepost replaced. Note the fascia beams require working at a height and around the existing electrical connection.

Looking for a handyman to hang 4 curtain rods - main part is to put the brackets in the player securely with proper screws - I can put the rod up I have the 4 rods plus the brackets (3 brackets per rod: one bracket on either end and one in the middle). The rods need to be hang into the plaster - if you have any platter screws that would be great otherwise I will buy some - looking for advice on the best ones to buy Have attached a pic of the bracket This should be a quick job - it is just screwing in wall brackets on 4 windows
