The left door motor is not functioning for the central lock system, probably need replacing. Toyota Corolla 2005

The timber corner bracket inside the sofa, to which the screw-in metal leg is attached, has partially disconnected from the frame. Frame is a relatively sturdy chipboard, while the bracket is a softwood. I cut open some of the fabric underneath to investigate further. Not sure whether the timber bracket can be salvaged with extra long screw fixings into a different part of the chipboard frame or whether a new corner bracket is required. It would be nice to have the hole in the fabric either stitched back up or replaced - whichever is more cost effective.

Barn door rail in rental property is sagging and the bolts are coming out of the brick wall. The rail needs to be reinstalled and secured safely to the wall

Shower corner wall shelf has come away from tiles on one side. Not sure how it was originally attached. I tried to glue but it hasn’t lasted.

Our existing IKEA sink has cracked (see photos) and needs to be replaced. We have bought the same sink and is ready to be installed (IKEA HAVSEN). Need someone to remove old sink and install new one. Note the tap is not connected to the sink unit so unscrewing / rescrewing the drains to the new sink should be the extent of the plumbing work.

A blind pully string broke and we need it re-threaded. The top of the mechanism is about 3m high, so ladder use will be needed (but can be supplied). We have the string, but the plastic clasp needs replacing.
