- Ceiling light replaced -Above the intercom phone there is a snall area that needs to be re-painted i have the paint - The lock ring behind the front doorknob is loose, needs fixing - Shelf in shower needs re-attaching. - The shower cord seems to be unraveled, needs to be looked at and fixed if possible - The shower thing that holds the shower head is loose needs to be tightened. - My bathroom tap - is loose at the base, I think it needs tightening up or resealed. I believe this is related to the pipe leaking under the sink in the under-sink cupboard. - The toilet set cover has detached from the connector, needs to be reattached. - One of the door hinges on the bathroom door has come apart needs fixing. - I have two split systems that need their regular clean. - There is a small hole in the wall in my kitchen where a contractor needed access to look at the pipes. It needs mending. - The dishwasher – it is not working. It initially flooded and leaked on the kitchen floor one day then wouldn’t turn on. I am not sure if it is a draining issue. - The dishwasher basket has come apart and needs to be put together. Also the rubber strip at the side of the dishwasher inside it has come loose. I have pictures of all these issues if it helps. - -

Need someone to supply and install plywood to section off an area for some animals. Has to be cut to size around two pipes and has to be bolted into the brick.

I need a window sill replaced in my bathroom. It can be accessed from the inside of my bathroom as my apartment is on level one. The rotted area is approximately 64cm x 9cm. I’d be interested in a finish that isn’t susceptible to rot such as another tile, as it’s constantly exposed to water from the shower. Quite a small area but could be a little complicated due to the shape of the contours, as well as the window winder having to go back into the new surface. From what I can tell it’s the brick facade of the building below the rotted sill. Let me know if any more pictures are required.

1. Roman blind cord needs replacing. Large bay window roman blinds. Central blind has a frayed cord that needs replacing. Please also inspect the adjoining blinds. 2. Wheel of roller blind needs replacing. The cord slips off.

Five of my Plantation shutters need to be fixed. Unfortunately, the plastic has become weak over time and the shutters come away the middle area that you use to open and shut the shutters. I have the little plastic pieces to fix, I need a handy person to help me fix them.

Flyscreen door handle has come loose. It needs to be reattached or the handle replaced.

There are 3 doors where the door handles dont close anymore. The lock has come loose. We need them fixed so that all doors close again with the door handles.
