The internal sliding door to our bathroom is no longer sliding smoothly on the tracks and needs fixing. Need someone to supply and install plywood to section off an area for some animals. Has to be cut to size around two pipes and has to be bolted into the brick.

I need a window sill replaced in my bathroom. It can be accessed from the inside of my bathroom as my apartment is on level one. The rotted area is approximately 64cm x 9cm. I’d be interested in a finish that isn’t susceptible to rot such as another tile, as it’s constantly exposed to water from the shower. Quite a small area but could be a little complicated due to the shape of the contours, as well as the window winder having to go back into the new surface. From what I can tell it’s the brick facade of the building below the rotted sill. Let me know if any more pictures are required.
