The door Hinge is broken and needs to be replaced - I had contacted the hinge manufacturer and the model of the broken hinge is Hittich - 9099756 .
Dennis did an excellent job with fixing the door hinge and was very reasonable - He was very handy with all the tools and had the presence of mind to use parts of the old door hinge to fix the new one - highly recommend his skills and more over he is a very warm and friendly person.

I want to install a blind at my apartment (master bedroom) * it is a rolled up blind, everything fit and just arrive a few days ago from Bunnings. All the screws and wall plugs come with the blind. * I have the driller and tools to drill - but me and my boyfriend just a bit scared to drill into the plasterboard of the ceiling and hitting wires/pipes.

Certainly not what I expected. Hired him to fix my shower base—was told it would take 4h, he finished in 2h and the result was poor. Grout colour was uneven, base looked off. He kept calling to release payment, despite clear issues. Later claimed the job was “beautifully done” after saying he’d never seen this before. Poor communication, no clear answers. I do not recommend his services.
