Broken blind mechanism needs fixing

We have an Edwardian solid-brick house in Clifton Hill where an area of internal concrete render has fallen away, exposing the brickwork (see photos). We need an experienced solid plasterer/renderer to: * Prepare/remove any loose material (it’s been temporarily covered with filler) * Repair/re-render over the exposed brickwork * Match the existing wall surface as closely as possible * Leave the surface smooth and ready for painting * Supply materials and clean up afterwards

Hello, I need this hole plastered / covered in my wall. Ideally tomorrow before 2pm or possibly some time on Friday afternoon. I will have to find out the colour of the paint to have it painted separately.

The front door and gate to our house are very stiff to open. We're not sure what the issue with the gate is but we suspect the issue with the frontdoor is that it swells during winder and it was recently painted during the summer and now it's a little too big for the frame. We can see points near the top and bottom on the long edge of the door that are having their paint rubbed off.

Hello, I’ve got the power drill, a ladder and the right screws for installing the rails- my ceiling is 3.5m high on carpet and I’m 160cm tall and not comfortable on the highest rung on the ladder… Product is Vidga rail, to be attached to the ceiling, wall to wall. Pretty simple! The recommended screws from Bunnings are based on not knowing what the ceiling is like to drill into. Happy for offers. Just the rail instal, I’ll do the Curtain another time 👍 Preference is this evening! Or later on a weekday evening. Thanks!

We need this awning down as it is no longer needed, and must be gone for us to have new windows installed. It is high, and roof access is minimal as our roof is curved. There is a small flat space on top. Access is difficult, I believe.
