None of the winders work so the chain that joins the winder and the window would also need to be cut with a grinder.

Supply and install a doggy door into glass door. Medium size.

Remove existing door and replace with new door (supplied). Transfer lock from old to new door if possible. Alternatively I can supply a new lock.
