There are only two small steps at pickup and no steps at all at delivery. The TV is an older, heavy unit, so it will need to be handled carefully and transported upright, preferably with blankets and straps to prevent damage. I need an experienced professional furniture removalist/heavy-lifting team to move a very heavy marble coffee table from my ground-floor garage up one flight of internal stairs into the living room in Clifton Hill. The table has already been removed from its shipping pallet and is sitting safely at ground level, so no transport is required — this is an internal move only. The coffee table is extremely heavy and fragile. I am specifically looking for someone experienced moving marble/stone or similarly heavy furniture up stairs. You will need to provide the appropriate equipment and sufficient manpower to move it safely. This may include a stair-climbing trolley, heavy-duty lifting straps, protective blankets/padding or other professional moving equipment. The stairs, walls, flooring and table must all be protected from damage. Please do not make an offer if the plan is simply to manually carry it upstairs without suitable equipment. When making an offer, please tell me: – How many movers will attend – What equipment you intend to use – Whether you have experience moving marble/stone furniture up stairs Location: Clifton Hill Move: Garage → one flight of stairs → living room Transport/truck: Not required Approx weight 150kgs

Hi, I need help moving an item from Clifton Hill to a studio in Brunswick on June 6. Access at pickup is straightforward. The item is just up the stairs in the foyer. The stairs are about 2 m wide, with no tight turns, nooks, or narrow stairwell. It is just a wide open set of 8 steps. The doorway is a double-width door and can be completely detached, so clearance should be good. I would recommend sliding/lowering the item down the stairs with rope or straps, rather than carrying it down the stairs or using a dolly. Once it is down the steps, it can be loaded and transported to the studio in Brunswick. Please bring suitable rope/straps, moving blankets, and a vehicle large enough for the item. :)

We are moving about six large boxes, a coffee machine, and a few other odds and ends - it is a relatively small move. Should fit in one go in a van.
