'Refresh' a wooden bench - sand and oil the wooden slat seat and wire brush the steel frame to remove flaking paint 7. Clean out all gutters

I have a few dents and scrapes in the walls I need fixing as I’m not sure how to do myself

Needing some minor roof maintenance completed before we can finalise an insurance claim for a small water leak. We require someone suitably qualified so we can provide evidence of completion to our insurance. Some extra things are recommendations from our building report in September last year. Work required: * Repair deteriorated silicone seals to dry pan flashing. * Remove debris from box gutters, gutter guard and roof sheets/flashings. * Re-secure loose mesh gutter guard. * Adjust apron flashing to eliminate gaps and exposed fixings. * Seal gap between cladding and roof framing. * Replace perished sealant. * Paint exposed timber rafter ends. Unfortunately, due to an injury, I can’t safely get back onto the roof to take additional photos, so please refer to the attached building inspection images to give an idea. Can be flexible with when, but prefer Thursday, Friday or weekends.

Hi Airtaskers! Unfortunately the dishwasher is not functioning properly. During operation, the dishwasher produces normal motor sounds; however, at the end of each cycle, the dishes remain unclean and a small amount of water is left at the bottom of the unit. Additionally, water was observed on the floor on one occasion. The dishwasher is a Westinghouse and probably close to 10 years old. Seeking a handy man to inspect and repair any obvious issues.

I have two split system heat / cooling air conditioners that need a service

We need our sectional roller door to be repaired . It won’t roll all the way down. It gets stuck with a metre to go. Our original installer has closed his business down. We would also like at the same time do general servicing of it.

1. Internal Door Adjustment * One internal door does not lock properly when closed. * Door appears slightly misaligned and needs adjusting so the latch catches correctly. 2. Front External Door Repair * Part of the front door frame/panel is deteriorating due to age and material is falling out. * Area needs to be filled/repaired, gap-filled where necessary, and painted. * Only the repaired section requires painting. 3. Bedroom Windows – Possible Water Ingress * Swelling/damage visible above both bedroom windows. * Needs inspection to identify where water may be getting in and repair as required. 4. Ceiling Gap Filling * Black dust/debris is falling through from the ceiling area. * Gaps/cracks need to be sealed/fillled to prevent further debris coming through.
