Need some maintenance done on my roof - ridge cap pointing + resealing some flashing with something like Dakaflash + silicone sealant. Happy to supply materials or you can supply - negotiable. 2-storey house but easy access via 2nd floor balcony.

Garage door auto opener struggles to open door at first. If I assist to get door rolling up it has no problem completing remaining 95%. Shuts no problem.

E1 fault displayed, stops suddenly sometimes, makes noise

I have a New Holland Boom 25 that needs maintenance. There is an oil leak and an overall cleaning needs to be done.

I need regular Aircon maintenance done for this year. There are currently no issues with the aircon. The last maintenance was done in January 2025.

Some loose/rotting balustrades and handrail on the verandah/stairs that need securing/replacing. Ceiling repainted in sunroof. Must have insurance.

14 Security Shutters in total. Some of the handle mechanisms are broken and need replacement. Happy to replace all of them if reasonable priced. They need a service regardless. I don’t have any parts, so you’ll need to source. Happy to provide photos etc

Ensuite: Black metal toilet roll holder fixed to wall next to toilet is no longer attached and is stored in the drawer. Image attached. Kitchen: 1x cupboard interior requires clean, section of benchtop dirty and requires clean, oven interior requires clean. Images attached. Need sliding toilet door fixed, and one toilet door (no key) has became misaalinged over time, just need the strike re-aligned (1) Toilet 1 sliding door fixed (2) Toilet 2 knob strike realigned

We need someone to help with some painting, general cleaning and some odd jobs. We have all the tools needed to do the jobs, you don't need to bring anything. Ideally we want someone from around 9 AM to 3 PM but we are flexible.

Quote for a few building maintenance repairs - must be able to provide invoice required for my insurance company of any works completed to prove maintenance done. Includes jobs like minor wall rendor repairs (cracks), replacing wooden balcony door seals, a few skirting tiles. Hard to explain in post hence seperate post to provide quote.

I have a ducted aircon for my whole downstairs with 4 sections and come control units which I do t feel is working g anymore - it’s operating like a fan more like

To help lubricate/fix/extend the basketball to make it higher as currently seems stuck
