Job Scope * Gutters, downpipes & connections. * Flashings around roof penetrations & fixtures. * Roof valleys & drainage paths. * Corrosion, rust or deterioration. * Loose or damaged screws, fasteners & brackets. * Evidence of water ingress or potential leak risks. * Overall roof plumbing condition. * Preventative maintenance recommendations. Regarding the solar (PV) system, please: * Inspect roof plumbing around & beneath the panels where safely accessible. * Check visible flashings & weatherproofing associated with the installation without removing equipment. * Note any areas that cannot be fully inspected because of the panels. * Advise if temporary panel removal is required for a more comprehensive inspection. This job includes roof inspection therefore person needs to be able to get onto the roof through window. I have 1x ladder but other equipment may be necessary. Job has to be completed by 10:30am therefore recommend arrival time 8:30am.

Hi , we are looking for a handyman to help us with some maintenance at home. Hanging some things on a wall, toilet seat, netball hoop, camera up. We also have some electrical tasks (change hanging light and put a socket in the wall so if you have electrical experience that would be also great!)but this can be seperate

Hi Airtaskers! Unfortunately the dishwasher is not functioning properly. During operation, the dishwasher produces normal motor sounds; however, at the end of each cycle, the dishes remain unclean and a small amount of water is left at the bottom of the unit. Additionally, water was observed on the floor on one occasion. The dishwasher is a Westinghouse and probably close to 10 years old. Seeking a handy man to inspect and repair any obvious issues.
