Shower tap knob has come off and the shower doesn’t have hot water

Hi — I need help removing a stuck top-fix toilet seat fitting and installing a replacement D-shape seat. One fixing is spinning and won’t release. The old seat is already removed. Should be a small bathroom handyman job.

I have a summerhouse in my garden with a bathroom that came preinstalled, similar to the ones you see in boats. The toilet is leaking and needs to be refixed. Please see photos. I need - add a new water isolator so we can fully isolate water going into summerhouse without isolating the mains to house - refit toilet to stop leak - check all piping Potential for a second job in main house to refit a new shower basin if job well done.

I require a qualified professional to investigate the source of an ongoing leak and fix it. There has been water leakage into the flat below for the past five years. Although the issue was previously identified and resolved, it has reoccurred and may be related to the kitchen pipework.

Foul smell coming from toilet, it’s built in to a vanity unit. Previously been advised that there is a problem with the way it’s been plumbed in. Just want someone to come and make the smell stop for now, even if that means removing the toilet if necessary!

We have a leak clearly coming through from 2 different places in our boiler room. See pictures. We need to have the exact source identified (using dye tracing technique so we don't waste time and material) and a fix implemented. We have already applied mortar to the junction between front landing area and the street pavement, we also added mortar to the edges of the landing stones, but this did not stop the leak.

Had to remove u bend , have put back but is leak not sure if the seals have worn out or if I just can’t put on correctly

Studio flat has only 7 min of hot water, we would like to have continous hot water, or at least 20, 30 min. There is a 100 litres water tank and no boiler available.

fix 2 tabs that are slightly leaking fix the glue on one of the showerhead that has come slightly loose

Need a plumber to fix kitchen sink leak. Two potential problems 1. Seal is broken and needs replacing or 2. new waste pipe and trap entirely.
