We have a very low cold water pressure in taps where it is fed from cold water tank in the loft. The pressure of hot water coming from the boiler is good. The boiler at the property is an old combi-boiler from Vaillant and it's fed directly from mains, as is the kitchen sink. I'm looking for a plumber to install a pipe that will connect the inlet of the tank to the outlet of the tank. Alternatively, I believe the connection can also be made in the bathroom without using the pipes that go to the loft, but this you can assess when at the property.
