Need to fix / fasten gutter joint that is leaking

The gutter connection has come apart at the top, near the roof. It should just need a screw or glue to fix it but you will need a ladder.

Guttering is too short, has no end and connection to downpipe might need to be re-arranged. I have some parts: end piece, corner piece and clip.

Reaffix/tighten our TV ariel, located on our flat roof. The pole is fixed to a bracket on a small vertical wall. There was a lot of wind recently and the pole came loose. Lower section (around 2.1m) of cast iron downpipe is cracked and would like replacing. The downpipe serves 2 joined Edwardian semi-detached houses, at the front.

Task would includes going up to the roof of the house and installed 4 chimney coverings on the chimneys. I have already bought the coverings. Installation needs a screwdriver so not very difficult. Tasker would require a ladder (at least 8ft) to access the roof from the terrace.
