Gutters on conservatory are leaking.

Need to replace 2 polycarbonate roof on deck and put up a pipe drain as well

1) Carefully remove all floorboards downstairs and set aside. 2) install timber battens between joists 3) install rigid insulation minimum 50mm thick between floor joist, above battens. 4) underfloor heating pipework installed between joists (materials supplied by us). Joists to be notched where required to allow pipework to pass through 5) dry sand a cement mix screed to the placed between joists above underfloor heating pipework and levelled flat. 6) fix down floorboards over the top of all, fixing floorboards into the joists.

I’m looking to have bespoke shelving and storage made either side of the chimney breast. The dimensions on either side are different which is why I’m looking for bespoke rather than just buying furniture. They need to be sturdy and well made. I’d like a storage cupboard at the bottom and then shelving up the rest of the wall. I’d like an arch added to the top like in the picture I’ve included. The blue photo is the space currently.

Need someone to create openings in the ceiling for 2 exhaust fans and cut a hole in the wall for a kitchen chimney outlet/duct. Installation of the fans and ensuring proper ventilation to the outside is required. Tools required. Please quote with labour cost.

My down pipe in the garden needs to being clogged, I was able to get some some stuff / debris out of there but it’s still blocked so will need a plumber to come fix. If you could clean the garden patio too that’d be great as the overflow seems has been happening for a while, and smells out there, I have a tap if you have a pressure washer would be great

I need someone with a long ladder to reattach a part of my guttering that has fallen off. The piece is not broken, it just needs to be reattached. There are no access issues. Job will take literally 10 minutes.

I need someone to supply part and fix an area of gutter where water is leaking behind it onto the render. There’s also another area that needs replacing that has previously been propped up by bricks as per image below. If the Tasker can also clean the part of wall that has leaked that would be a bonus. The Exodraft fan is not working. Remote control batteries changed and synchronised to plug socket so the issue lies in connection from fan to socket or with fan itself. May just need cleaning?
