I am looking to convert my 8ft x 6ft wooden shed into an office space. The roof will need new felt and the floor and walls will need lining and insulation and possible advise on electrics

The loft is insulated and compliant to the minimum depth but I would like it checked and replaced if necessary

Clear rubbish and current insulation from loft (see pictures). Lay new insulation rolls between joists in loft. Rolls will be provided for an area of approximately 45m2.

2 tasks for a competent carpenter: 1. Create a narrow hallway console table with 2 legs like the 3rd image below from a solid beech wood table top 200cm length x 20cm wide x 3cm depth and solid beech legs 85cm high. (we have the table leg connectors and brackets to hold in place on the wall). We need the table top to be routed at the ends to softly rounding the 2 front corners (around a 15–20 mm radius) and taper the underside in a gentle 45° chamfer for about 15 mm. Task 2, to cut and fit x 2 60cm wide x 240cm high oak insulation panels to a wall.

Repair leaking gutter joint above front bay window. We have a leak coming from a gutter joint at the front of our Victorian terraced house in Earlsfield, SW London. The leak appears to be from one of the gutter connections above the first-floor bay window during heavy rain.
