flat roof on a commercial property has a small leak, need investigating

I need the gutter cleaned. It normally gets clogged up with moss it’s as the downpipe comes down above the front door. It’s a three story house so it’s quite higher up. I normally do this task myself but my extended ladder has broken.

Drain outside my house is not watertight and leaks into basement when blocked. I am looking for someone to waterproof with cement or similar product The drain and also the gaps in the pavement and the wall please see images please mention your experience in waterproofing when quoting for this job

Leak possibly coming from soffit/gutter. Noticed it as leak is now seeping through the window into the inside. Not sure what needs repairing, however, if you can assess first we can do a second task for repair.

I am hairdresser so I need to build a shed/also need insulation done and flooring

Two simple pendant light fittings need installing. Shouldn't be too complex. Conservatory only gutter cleaning. Potentially fill in a leak in conservatory roof.

We need to add additional sound insulation (acoustic engineer suggests vinyl but open to ideas) to existing upper office walls. We also need to insulate additional offices. We have some wood on site and many rolls of the grey fabric as seen in photos but quote should otherwise include the cost of materials. In photo, right side is insulated but needs more. Left side is open and wooden beams plus insulation need to be installed. There are roughly 11 sections that need to be done but we will prioritise 4 of them. Feel free to quote for 4 (roughly 4M in width) and note what you'd charge for each additional segment.

The small flat roof over my utility room is leaking badly and needs to be replaced. The ceiling inside needs to be repaired, so does the area just around the door frame of the utility room going into the garden.

Fix roof on top of shed. I have removed as much mould internally as possible. Re- plaster and paint internal.

Need to clean the roof light and glass door

Damp wall in spite of 5 different roofers attempting repairs. Possible water running down felt, porous bricks. Worse with rain. Possibly due to subsidence or gap between adjoining wall. Budget obviously negotiable but had to enter an amount! Let’s discuss in chat. It’s unlikely to be the lead work as many roofers (and plasterers had a go and it’s worse now.

The balcony above my flat leaks into my balcony when it rains. I would like to build some sort of temporary roofing that would allow rain to slide off the balcony and keep it relatively dry. Because I am renting, this solution should be safe and stable, but also relatively easy to remove if needed. Pics of the upstairs balcony attached. I am flexible on solutions and pricing!

I have recently had my kitchen tiled and he person who did the tiles above the cooker in the chimney breast didn’t grout them or stick them on properly apparently they are now falling off and he won’t answer my calls which is obviously a shame ! I have been asked to suggest price for this job but I haven’t got a clue 🤷‍♀️

Hello, We need an experienced contractor to take a look at our roof, guttering and the wooden facia and deal with the underlying issue once it has been identified. There is mould in a small corner of the bedroom as well as water marks on the bedroom wall (without it actually being wet). The mould has not become worse but we need to address the root cause. After the external issue has been dealt with we need someone to clean up the mould in the corner of the bedroom and ‘seal’ it up to prevent it reoccurring. Potentially adding a damp proof layer if the contractor thinks its beneficial. Please note: The Roof is quite high up so an extendible ladder is a must.
