we need floor broads lifting , then fibre wool putting down. rooms are bedroom 5.5 m x 4 m living 5.5 x 4.6 . kitchen 3.7 x 5.5 m. corridor 4x 2 m, floorbroad back down then ply wood cut to room size . All materials provided. of course some of floorbroad will get / might get damage you will need to repair them. few items need moving out. In recent high winds a section of guttering has lost contact with the bracket. One of the brackets has come loose and the gutter has fallen out of the channel at both ends. The properties are 1930s semi-detached and I own both of them, so access is not an issue. This section of gutter has been replaced more than once in recent memory and one cottage underwent substantial renovation four years ago, so I don't anticipate rotten timbers or other issues. A more recent extension is directly below the section of gutter so although access from a ladder is possible, some thought and care is needed.

1.a) to check if the roof felt is good condition or needs repair. if no repair then 1.b ) need the widths & length of gaps between roof trusses. to be noted down and label eg 7,a,b,c then 8 a, b , to do about 6-8 pieces at a time 2) To go to insulation downstair, and cut with saw to precise or near precise size to mark with pen and keep fairly straight saw cuts along lengths. to then label 7 a, b ,c and the top to be mark ' top' 3) then to go back up and trim with saw so that the piece fits in between roof trusses. regularly there will be wood that will not allow the insulation to sit in correctly the indentation will need to be sawn out , this process to be repeated. 4.) use of thin bits insert in gaps on the side and create corner pieces eg trianglar pieces for top of roof. Once the heat gun arrives, eg by saturday then repairs can be made on roof felt. Repair process, view splits in felts, dust down with brush or glove, then cut flash bands to size , use heat gun, to melt tar material in order to stick over 6/7 split. Then the insulation can be inputted in. Some of this process has been already done.
