Have a flat roof which is leaking need it sealed with liquid. Sealant already had a few people look at it, the flat roof would need a 3 stack ladder to get to.

I have recently had my kitchen tiled and he person who did the tiles above the cooker in the chimney breast didn’t grout them or stick them on properly apparently they are now falling off and he won’t answer my calls which is obviously a shame ! I have been asked to suggest price for this job but I haven’t got a clue 🤷‍♀️

Need to put plastic roof sheets

Drains clogged with debris, a downpipe clogged with debris, and the wastewater pipe from my washing machine (1st floor) and my downstairs neighbour's washing machine need replacing (they are broken and off). To supply and fit gutter to garden office to fall into a lateral flower bed. The extend of the gutter attached to the garden office is about 4.5m (the shell is actually 3.66m as shown on model attached). The water should then be routed (with a fall) to a flower bed that's about 9m away from the garden office - this can be fixed to the fence. I will order a replacement gutter trim that expect you to refit - the one installed is damaged. Fit all 4no external corners that hasn't been fitted Refit timber corner as shown on photo with invisible nailing detail. - Works on Monday, 3 July 2023
