What do chimney services include?

Inspecting the chimney cap

Removing worn parts
Before installing a new or replacement chimney, your chimney specialist can disassemble an existing chimney, then set aside the old, worn chimney parts and place them in a storage area you choose. Build an MDF false chimney breast with coving and skirting board

I would like a false chimney breast (MDF only, no plaster board) constructed to mount a TV and with a couple of shelves either side. See picture 2-4 below for something similar to what I’m after (with the cutout hole underneath and side shelving). There are a couple of switches that would be covered that I would need access to so wondering if a small door/hatch could be made on the right hand side for access, or potentially allow for storage inside the unit.
