Shower tray waste pipe from upstairs ensuite has leaked into lounge. Small inspection hole has been made. Pipe work / joints needs repair / replacement. Easiest access to pipe work will be through lounge ceiling, so that will need to be made good post pipe work repair.

Shower head is leaking cold water and fixing this is the task we would like done as an interim measure! The shower and bath need replacing and the surround retiling eventually but this job needs to be done as we’re losing a lot of water. For extra info - the shower has a pump and is fed from cold water tank and the temperature control knob is fixed in position as it broke off a while ago.

We have recently installed a new shower in an old bathroom. Over the past couple of weeks, we have noticed water dripping from where the pipes are which corresponds to the back wall of the shower. Water appears only when the shower is running and it's small but constant. We need to find out where is coming from. We've secured all the little mosaic tiles in the picture... We had a plumber look at the job and told us that the pipe were fine and that we most likely need to remove the mosaic tiles dry the wall and replace them. We want to remove that entire vertical strip of mosaic tiles and replace it with something else. As I said, we replaced the grout wherever we found it to be loose but it's not enough. I need someone with plumbing and tiling experience to help us fix this problem asap. We won't use the old mosaic tile and rather move to a backsplash just in the strip that runs behind the shower unit. I do not want to be charged for call-out fees but you are very welcome to come take a look before giving a quote. I need to fix this asap.

A seriously blocked toilet and cleaning required in a church building.

We recently had work done on the toilet. It was very difficult to attach the toilet to the plumbing in the back wall. But now realised the the pedestol is moving slightly. Need it fixed down ideally.

Fix toilet seat - the fixing mechanism seems to be broken so the seat is wobbly and the cover can’t close without the seat coming out. Also need help to fix a shower rod - it requires drilling into the tile so we’re unsure of how to do this without causing damage
