Kitchen mixer tap is dripping, I assume it has a ceramic cartridge rather than a standard washer but either way I’ve been unable to take it apart to replace.

Remove faulty bath mixer tap and fix new mixer tap, standard two hole bath taps. It's a straight forward mixer tap replacement only challenge being opening the back Nuts , will need right tool for this like Box spanner as nuts are quite tight.

I need to change (like for like) a bath shower mixer tap. To access under the bath, a cupboard needs to be slid out of the way but that is slightly blocked by a heated towel rail. So that will need to be isolated and removed too - will need therefore to be corgi registered. Sealant around bath also needs re-doing and change the drainage cap (if that is the right term) in the bath. Thanks

Burlington Shower which is leaking through the hot water entry point. Have tried using PFTE paste, but seems to be coming from behind the thread. Leak is making a hissing sound and is less strong when hot water is turned on elsewhere.

We have a shower that is leaking. We are unsure of the cause. It is possible that the grout and seals need redoing as a starting point. And if if still leaks after this the root cause will need to be investigated.

Shower tray waste pipe from upstairs ensuite has leaked into lounge. Small inspection hole has been made. Pipe work / joints needs repair / replacement. Easiest access to pipe work will be through lounge ceiling, so that will need to be made good post pipe work repair.

A standard toilet flushing panel built into the wall above the toilet has come off, and it need it fixed back on.

Replace toilet ball valve and float. The current one is too tall and the toilet lid cannot be closed properly.

Urgent - toilet needs unblocking. Less urgent (sometime in next week) - the toilet needs to flush better; the shower head falls off; the bath plug won’t pop up.

I believe the Fill valve isn’t working so water is not being filled up - so it cannot flush , I need someone to have a look and ideally fix this

Our toilet requires a new syphon and filling valve, and the toilet pan needs to be re-siliconed. The cistern screws have corroded and there is no fixing back to the wall or floor, so it needs fixing. The job's near King's Cross - just inside the congestion zone. Cheers

Bathroom toilet not flushing when pressing the button, some water coming out but not a proper flush. This is an integrated toilet so will require gaining access through the panels and putting the panels back in place. Parking available - located right next to Dalston Junction station.

Blocked toilet and leaking toilet waste pipe

Leak coming from flush pipe connection within wall. Flush pipe seal leaking within wall. Previous plumber tried to remove the wall hung toilet but was unable and realised toilet fixings are missing. Another similar toilet in property has rods which a wrench can be placed onto to loosen the fixings which hold the wall hung toilet to the wall. Toilet which is leaking has missing parts and therefore unable to remove toilet from wall with components of toilet missing.

Warehouse building in South Bermondsey. We have a Ladies WC with three toilets, all three are clogged so seems to be something wrong further back in the plumbing
