I need help painting. I can paint with you to make it quicker but I am an amateur. I have all the supplies and don’t need a professional but I do need help. I need kitchen and living room painted. Could potentially be done in 1 day. 1 and a half days maximum.

We have bought a new apartment that was rented. Each of the Venetian blinds need fixing, some with ties, some with cords and some need realigning.

Sealing and caulking of two bathrooms (shower, sink/vanity, toilets). Small repairs such as tightening toilet roll holders. Assembly of a makeup/vanity table from Dunelm.

A chandelier in the living room & 1 in the passage, small sizes. (Possibly a third one in the room, but will have to see how much it’ll cost first). I have an LED mirror cabinet for the bathroom that needs to be connect to the electric wiring, as it doesn’t have a separate plug for connection and fitted onto the wall please.

Basic Repair to Roman Blind in bedroom

Hi, my bedhead is attached to the bed using four wooden supports, but they have broken and need repair. I am looking for someone who can help reattach or glue the wooden parts securely. Please bring suitable tools and strong wood glue or fixings.

Blocked sink needs plumber to come to fix

Our kitchen sink is constantly getting clogged and then water fills the basin and is very slow to clear. Every time we clear it, it gets clogged up again, especially after we use the washing machine. We've had a number of plumbers come and work on it, and we've tried many things ourselves, but we haven't found a permanent fix yet. We've done suctioning/vacuuming, using air pressure/pumping with plungers to clear the pipes, using a snake from ScrewFix, and trying draino made from caustic soda. And lots and lots of vinegar (and sometimes with baking soda). We have a strainer that catches food from going down the sink, so I don't think it's food related. We are also careful not to put oil down the sink. We believe it's somehow related to the washing machine, but unsure how. The problem started not long after we had a new washing machine installed. Anyways, we're looking for an expert drainage specialist with the necessary equipment to see where the the blockage is occurring, help us understand what is causing it, and permanently clearing it and stopping it from occurring again.

1. Tap Knob & Bathroom door handle to be fixed

Mild refurb job in between tennants. Nothing major but lots of wear and tear things need sorting out: Fixing/rebuilding of a kitchen drawer, realignment of doors of built in wardrobe, boxing around pipework going into combi boiler, reattaching plug socket, reattaching boxing around a fusebox that fell off, fixing a dimmer, refurbing/sealing of the bath side panel. Generally new sealant around bath, sink etc. Reattaching a small cupboard door, removing some mould + some other stuff including some painting

The top bit of sliding door came off its track. So I just remove the entire door from it track.

I need a kitchen sink drainage specialist who can help us sort out a deep clog. We've already had a plumber come and try to address the problem. However, that only turned out to be a temporary fix, because it came back with a vengeance. It is unclear what is causing the clog, and how far down the pipe the clog is. But we've tried all the typical stuff, pouring chemicals, plungers, vacuums, snakes, etc. Additionally, due to the inability of the pipe to drain, it looks like water has now leaked into the bottom of the dishwasher, and is leaking out onto the kitchen floor as well. When we turned on the laundry machine yesterday, it caused the kitchen sink to overflow. We don't dare try turning on the dishwasher at the moment for fear of making it worse. We've been surviving for now by emptying the water by hand into the hallway bathroom sink. Otherwise, the water level currently doesn't really move. I need someone who specializes in unclogging deep clogs in the undersink piping or in the kitchen walls. And need them to come to the flat ASAP. Jimmy
