The repair must be completely seamless and so I can get my bond back. The job consists of: Re-securing: A 2-meter stretch along the top of the plasterboard has come loose and needs to be securely reattached. Plaster Repair: There is a cracked/broken section fitting within a 150mm x 200mm area. This will need a proper backing block, new gyprock patch, taping, mudding, and sanding perfectly flush. Full Wall Paint: To avoid any visible "halo" marks, the entire wall (Dimensions: 3000mm wide x 2330mm high) needs to be rolled corner-to-corner with 2 coats of paint. Paint Matching: I do not have the paint color name. You will need to take a small flake of the broken plasterboard to Bunnings/Dulux for a precise digital color match. Materials: Please include the cost of all premium materials (plaster, tape, matching paint, primer) in your offer. Timing & Availability: I am highly flexible with days. The work can be done anytime between Thursday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. If you do it on weekdays, you are welcome to use fast-setting compound/heat guns to finish it in one visit. If you do it over the weekend, you can split it across two visits (Saturday patch, Sunday paint) if preferred. Budget is set at $800 based on the urgency and quality required. Minor wall plastering/patching — Newtown We need a small plastering job done on our living room wall. A few holes have been left behind from a mounted TV cabinet that's been removed, so it's a minor patch-and-repair — very short and straightforward. The job is to fill and patch the holes and finish the wall back to a smooth, even surface, done correctly and ready for paint. one small round hole and a longer horizontal section where the fixings ran along the wall (photos attached for reference). I have a small wall at the front of the house that has a garden bed behind it. I would like to have it rendered flat so I can mount signage on it and it will look neat.

Looking for an experienced roofer, builder, or qualified handyman to find a roof leak and repair the resulting ceiling damage. The leak only acts up when it pisses down with rain, and it has started to discolour and stain the plasterboard ceiling below. The job involves inspecting the Colorbond roof to find exactly where the water is getting in by checking sheets, flashing or screws. From there, I need the leak repaired permanently to stop further water ingress, and the water-damaged plasterboard ceiling patched and prepped ready for painting. I have ceiling paint that matches the current ceiling white paint shade. I am looking for someone who can ideally tackle both sides of this, or accurately diagnose the roof issue so we can plan the next steps. Need mounted well, and support as plasterboard won’t hold the full weight from what I assume. Hide cables would be good too

(1) I have some ceiling holes made by an electrician that need to be patched (I have the pieces of gyprock), and a couple of smaller 10mm drill areas (2 through plaster and 2 through brick) than need to be filled with an appropriate filler. And then painted as below. (2) There are a few small patches around the areas of the holes that have glue on the wall and/or paint ripped off from previous ducting that needs sanding back/off, then painted. (3) I will provide ceiling and wall paints for you to paint the affected areas once patched. See photos. The ceiling at the highest point where most of the holes are is 3.6m. One of the areas is under a stairwell, which might be reached by a stair-compatible ladder or possibly from the stairs at the same level on the other side. See Photo of stairwell. This is a residential property, there are no access issues, it is my home. Parking: There is no dedicated parking, I can provide all-day street parking permits. Usually it does not take long to get a park during a weekday.
