(I have already purchased the fan; it just needs to be assembled and installed). ​New PowerPoint Installation: Install 1x new double powerpoint on an enclosed balcony. Minor wall plastering/patching — Newtown We need a small plastering job done on our living room wall. A few holes have been left behind from a mounted TV cabinet that's been removed, so it's a minor patch-and-repair — very short and straightforward. The job is to fill and patch the holes and finish the wall back to a smooth, even surface, done correctly and ready for paint. one small round hole and a longer horizontal section where the fixings ran along the wall (photos attached for reference). Parking is accessible — we have our own car spot with a direct driveway, so easy access. This can be done anytime this week, whatever suits.

Damaged plasterboard ceiling in bathroom and corner of lounge which needs fixing and replacing Bath room - 140cm x 150cm Lounge - 100cm x 170cm

I need two small areas tiled and a small area rendered. I have had a gas heater removed and I need the area filled in and rendered, looking at the photos supplied you can see the painted and unpainted brick work, both brick styles will have to be rendered to a smooth surface. They don't have to be painted. Some blue tiles were damaged in the process and will have to be replaced. Some tiles to go around the shower. Some cutting will need to be involved, but the areas are small. I have tiles, and I can purchase some grout, but I do not have other tools to assist in the job.

Install new power point in existing room that has one power point already installed on another wall. House is single story, double brick.

We have 2 blinds that are broken. One of them is very stiff. It's very difficult to pull the blind up. The other one appears to have come off its tracks. We also have a few small holes in the drywall that need patching up.

I need two plasterboard holes patched and painted in my apartment. One hole is an old powerpoint, the other is a ceiling fan penetration (45mmx45mm). I can supply wall and ceiling paint, airtasker to supply all other materials. Preference for works to be completed during the day on Friday 19th June.

I have a small wall at the front of the house that has a garden bed behind it. I would like to have it rendered flat so I can mount signage on it and it will look neat.

Looking for an experienced roofer, builder, or qualified handyman to find a roof leak and repair the resulting ceiling damage. The leak only acts up when it pisses down with rain, and it has started to discolour and stain the plasterboard ceiling below. The job involves inspecting the Colorbond roof to find exactly where the water is getting in by checking sheets, flashing or screws. From there, I need the leak repaired permanently to stop further water ingress, and the water-damaged plasterboard ceiling patched and prepped ready for painting. I have ceiling paint that matches the current ceiling white paint shade. I am looking for someone who can ideally tackle both sides of this, or accurately diagnose the roof issue so we can plan the next steps. In your offer, please let me know your experience with Colorbond roof leaks, whether your quote includes the plaster patching, and when you are available to take a look, I am pretty flexible. Budget is indicative for inspection, diagnosis, and repair. Happy to discuss a revised quote once the source of the leak is found.

Need mounted well, and support as plasterboard won’t hold the full weight from what I assume. Hide cables would be good too

(1) I have some ceiling holes made by an electrician that need to be patched (I have the pieces of gyprock), and a couple of smaller 10mm drill areas (2 through plaster and 2 through brick) than need to be filled with an appropriate filler. And then painted as below. (2) There are a few small patches around the areas of the holes that have glue on the wall and/or paint ripped off from previous ducting that needs sanding back/off, then painted. (3) I will provide ceiling and wall paints for you to paint the affected areas once patched. See photos. The ceiling at the highest point where most of the holes are is 3.6m. One of the areas is under a stairwell, which might be reached by a stair-compatible ladder or possibly from the stairs at the same level on the other side. See Photo of stairwell. This is a residential property, there are no access issues, it is my home. Parking: There is no dedicated parking, I can provide all-day street parking permits. Usually it does not take long to get a park during a weekday.

Finish up this wall for a cleaner look with a plasterboard cover and white paint (lexicon half). The wall is ~240x150cm minus the washing machine hole.
