The power points are working, however an electrician has advised that the wall/plaster around some of them is crumbling, which is causing the outlets to pull away from the wall. Tasks include: Remove loose or damaged plaster around power points Fill and repair damaged areas Rebuild and strengthen wall surface around outlets where required Sand smooth and make paint-ready Ensure power points can sit neatly and securely against the wall once repaired General tidy-up of surrounding wall finish No electrical work is required. Looking for an experienced roofer, builder, or qualified handyman to find a roof leak and repair the resulting ceiling damage. The leak only acts up when it pisses down with rain, and it has started to discolour and stain the plasterboard ceiling below. The job involves inspecting the Colorbond roof to find exactly where the water is getting in by checking sheets, flashing or screws. From there, I need the leak repaired permanently to stop further water ingress, and the water-damaged plasterboard ceiling patched and prepped ready for painting. I have ceiling paint that matches the current ceiling white paint shade. I am looking for someone who can ideally tackle both sides of this, or accurately diagnose the roof issue so we can plan the next steps. In your offer, please let me know your experience with Colorbond roof leaks, whether your quote includes the plaster patching, and when you are available to take a look, I am pretty flexible. Need to install 2 new power points at my cafe in Marrickville. Easy job power is existing near where I need the power points. Just need to run a new line from existing power outlets nearby ( 3-4 meters) away from the required insulation location on the brick wall from photos and install the new power points. Time Between 4-5 pm. Cafe closes at 3pm

Need mounted well, and support as plasterboard won’t hold the full weight from what I assume. Hide cables would be good too

(1) I have some ceiling holes made by an electrician that need to be patched (I have the pieces of gyprock), and a couple of smaller 10mm drill areas (2 through plaster and 2 through brick) than need to be filled with an appropriate filler. And then painted as below. (2) There are a few small patches around the areas of the holes that have glue on the wall and/or paint ripped off from previous ducting that needs sanding back/off, then painted. (3) I will provide ceiling and wall paints for you to paint the affected areas once patched. See photos. The ceiling at the highest point where most of the holes are is 3.6m. One of the areas is under a stairwell, which might be reached by a stair-compatible ladder or possibly from the stairs at the same level on the other side. See Photo of stairwell. This is a residential property, there are no access issues, it is my home. Parking: There is no dedicated parking, I can provide all-day street parking permits. Usually it does not take long to get a park during a weekday.

Gyprocker to base coat and top coat existing ceiling water damage

Looking for an experienced TV installer to wall mount my 55” LG OLED TV in my apartment. TV model: LG OLED55B5PSA Important details: TV is to be mounted in a wall nook that is approx. 158cm wide I would like the TV centred in the nook Preferred height is around 95–100cm from floor to bottom of TV I’d prefer a slim tilting mount I do not need cables concealed in the wall Important note: The wall sounds hollow when knocked on, so I think it may be plasterboard/drywall rather than concrete. I have permission from my real estate agent to mount the TV, but I want it done properly and safely. I have not bought the mount yet because I want advice on the correct bracket/fixings for this wall type. Please quote only if you have experience mounting TVs on plasterboard/drywall walls and can either: advise exactly what mount I should buy, or supply the correct mount/fixings as part of the job I’ll attach photos of the wall/nook and surrounding area.
