Need to render a small portion of a wall. The wall will be framed up with cement sheet today and then just need to render it to match the rest of the wall

We have a rendered fence that has the render falling off. As most of the render is ‘drummy’; we think it needs to be removed and re-rendered. The fence is on the left hand side 4500 x 1900; on the right hand side it is 4200 x 1750 plus the area on the right hand side where the letter box is 1300 x 1400. There is also a bit that needs patching on the far right side.

Install drywall, tape & spackle interior of small shed, replacing asbestos interior that is being removed by licensed asbestos removelists. Shed is approximately 18 sq metres. Quote should include materials.

Require a rendered and tiler for a one bedroom apartment kitchen. Cabinets have been installed. There is a hole in the wall where the plumbing waste pipe goes to the roof which will need patching up. Above the sink will be rebricked by the plumber prior to rendering. Please see attached images. The dimensions of the area is roughly 4200 x 200, 600 x 500, 1470 x 600 (measurements are approximate)

There's an outdoor 'awning' for want of a better word. Made up of wooden slats - approx 1 metre long but I'm not sure. Need the bottom one repaired. The wood is old and fragile so I think we need a new piece of wood - cut to size, painted and installed (see close ups - looks like a standard washer and a nut. A friend tried to fix with tape but now it actually looks worse. It's quite high up so either you have a great tall ladder or one person to hold the ladder and one person to get up it. - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 31 March 2023
