Repair and paint wall hole at Alexandria after Easter Tue 7 April to Thu 9 April

We have recently had to repair the aircon unit in our apartment and the ceiling opening (approx 1.5m on the long side) needs to be re-plasterboarded and painted. The ceiling joists needed to be cut to insert the new AC, so new structure will need to be place to support the new plasterboard. There is an existing, already connected downlight which will need to be placed. Please ensure the quote included material costs, all paint, and clean up. We will make sure the area is clear for you to work. We are not sure what a fair price is, so please quote even if the budget seems low - we will consider all offers.

I have a section of wall outside my laundry cupboard that has been damaged by humidity from the dryer. The paint has bubbled and the wall underneath is now soft/spongy, so I believe the gyprock needs to be cut out and replaced (not just patched over). This is located next to a light switch. Scope of work: - Cut out the damaged section of gyprock - Install new plasterboard patch (with proper backing) - Tape, joint, sand, and smooth the surface - Prime and repaint to match existing wall (we'll supply the paint) Important: This has been caused by moisture, so I need a proper fix rather than a surface patch I can send more photos if needed.

I have a mirror that I would like hung on the wall. I have attempted to do this myself previously, but could never get the screws in. I had a tv mount installed and the tech advised that the wall is brick and not just plasterboard as previously thought.
