Cement render the edge first floor of concrete slab. Roughly 18m linear and 200mm wide (thick). You are not rendering the entire brick wall, just the edge of the concrete slab that sits flush on the face brick. Easy access. Photo's attached.

Hi, We have had 15 oyster lights removed in our apartment and down lights put in. There are also some bumps on the ceiling from where I stuck some balloons above the dining table. We would like the ceiling plastered where the oyster lights are (and if needed where the stickers were) and then the ceiling of the apartment (approximately 105 m2) painted white. Jobs 1 and 2 are simple. Fill the holes with plaster and then paint over. Job 3 is more complex. Cut out the gyprock (may be fire rated gyprock, am not sure), replace-gyprock that square, plaster and paint. We will provide paint. Other materials provided by you.
