There’s one larger section of drywall that needs patching, along with a couple of smaller nail/screw holes that need filling and smoothing. Looking for a neat finish ready for painting. I would like an experienced tiler to retile the entry landing (and stair risers) and install new bluestone steps on the front of my terrace house (replacing the white marble). Jobs 1 and 2 are simple. Fill the holes with plaster and then paint over. Job 3 is more complex. Cut out the gyprock (may be fire rated gyprock, am not sure), replace-gyprock that square, plaster and paint. We will provide paint. Other materials provided by you.
