The Issue: The cat pulled the blind, causing the bracket screws to rip through the drywall. The original mounting holes are now quite large and crumbled, so they will need heavy-duty anchors (like SnapToggles or Toggle Bolts) to be reinstalled securely. Task includes: Removing the remaining blind/bracket from the ceiling. Patching/filling the damaged drywall area. Re-mounting the bracket using heavy-duty anchors that can handle downward weight. Popping the roller blind back into place. Requirements: Please bring your own ladder and heavy-duty drywall anchors (SnapToggles preferred). I have photos of the damage attached. Located in Rosebery. Carpenter-installed built-in robes (IKEA PAX framed in MDF) with custom doors arriving ~50-60mm too tall for the opening. The kick panel needs trimming down — doors can't be cut as they have an integrated trim. Original carpenter (family from out of state) is unavailable, so looking for someone to cut the MDF kick panel in situ. Doors are unhung and would be great to be fitted on the day.

On Friday I’m getting a new wardrobe installed in my bedroom. There is a power point in the area and I need it to be turned off so it is safe for the installers

I need to fit a double power point to the wall of the lounge room, I have removed the skirting board so all you will need to do is drill through the masonry wall and connect to the wiring shown in the photo on the exterior side of the wall, I will supply the power point and connectors.

Small dividing wall in office needs end finishing, plastering holes, sanding and paint to nice finish . All is 4 m x 3.5m and it’s both sides and the end needs tidying up, as the guy who built the wall didn’t finish job properly - see pics

I have a section of wall outside my laundry cupboard that has been damaged by humidity from the dryer. The paint has bubbled and the wall underneath is now soft/spongy, so I believe the gyprock needs to be cut out and replaced (not just patched over). This is located next to a light switch. Scope of work: - Cut out the damaged section of gyprock - Install new plasterboard patch (with proper backing) - Tape, joint, sand, and smooth the surface - Prime and repaint to match existing wall (we'll supply the paint) Important: This has been caused by moisture, so I need a proper fix rather than a surface patch I can send more photos if needed.

I have a mirror that I would like hung on the wall. I have attempted to do this myself previously, but could never get the screws in. I had a tv mount installed and the tech advised that the wall is brick and not just plasterboard as previously thought. I do not have the correct drill or bit to complete this myself, so you will need to provide your own. Thank you!

New raked ceiling needs to be sheeted in 13mm gyprock, walls need to be sheeted in 16mm firecheck, and some small sections of sheeting to be done downstairs in aquacheck. Setting and sanding to be done on all gyprock. I will provide materials to be ready on site. I have scaffolding on site.
