I’m looking for a professional to hang eight framed artworks in my apartment in Surry Hills. The walls are solid rendered concrete or masonry, so suitable power tools and masonry fixings will be required. The artworks vary in size, with the heaviest weighing approximately 3–4 kg. I’d like them carefully positioned, measured, levelled and securely installed, with minimal damage to the walls. I don’t have any tools or hardware, so please bring everything needed for the job, including appropriate hooks, screws, plugs and fixings. Ideally, I’d like the work completed by Friday, 24 July. Please only make an offer if you have experience hanging artwork on rendered concrete or masonry walls.

The wall surrounding power point gang plate has been pushed in cresting hole. It needs a fix before end of lease!

Need to hang a canvas in my living room. The painting isn’t heavy but it will be mounted on drywall.

I have a built in wardrobe with melamine (I think) panels. Need them painted to match the walls (a warm white I guess?) the Panels are currently magnolia ish colour. It's probably around 5m2 of surface area. It's two exterior sides and the top. The wardrobe is probably around 3m tall and it's sides around 1m.

Hi there, I need an experienced handyman to safely mount a large, heavy mirror. Dimensions: 150cm x 60cm Weight: Approx 15kg Mounting Type: The mirror has 4 recessed mounting holes on the back corners. Wall Type: Drywall/plasterboard with brickwork behind it. Requirements: Needs to be securely mounted using heavy-duty toggle anchors or by drilling through to the brickwork/studs so it is completely flush and safe. Plasterboard hooks are not suitable for this. Please bring appropriate heavy-duty fixings/screws. Looking to get this done as soon as possible. Thank you!

Remove two wall-mounted cameras and the conduit running to them, and repair the gyprock and concrete surfaces. Each camera is affixed with six screws to the gyprock, and the conduit is double-sided taped. Touch Up Paint We have no touch-up paint and do not know the colour. Parking There is street parking available, but none in the building.

Minor wall plastering/patching — Newtown We need a small plastering job done on our living room wall. A few holes have been left behind from a mounted TV cabinet that's been removed, so it's a minor patch-and-repair — very short and straightforward. The job is to fill and patch the holes and finish the wall back to a smooth, even surface, done correctly and ready for paint. one small round hole and a longer horizontal section where the fixings ran along the wall (photos attached for reference). Parking is accessible — we have our own car spot with a direct driveway, so easy access. This can be done anytime this week, whatever suits.

We have 2 blinds that are broken. One of them is very stiff. It's very difficult to pull the blind up. The other one appears to have come off its tracks. We also have a few small holes in the drywall that need patching up.

I need two plasterboard holes patched and painted in my apartment. One hole is an old powerpoint, the other is a ceiling fan penetration (45mmx45mm). I can supply wall and ceiling paint, airtasker to supply all other materials. Preference for works to be completed during the day on Friday 19th June.

I have a small wall at the front of the house that has a garden bed behind it. I would like to have it rendered flat so I can mount signage on it and it will look neat.

Looking for an experienced roofer, builder, or qualified handyman to find a roof leak and repair the resulting ceiling damage. The leak only acts up when it pisses down with rain, and it has started to discolour and stain the plasterboard ceiling below. The job involves inspecting the Colorbond roof to find exactly where the water is getting in by checking sheets, flashing or screws. From there, I need the leak repaired permanently to stop further water ingress, and the water-damaged plasterboard ceiling patched and prepped ready for painting. I have ceiling paint that matches the current ceiling white paint shade. I am looking for someone who can ideally tackle both sides of this, or accurately diagnose the roof issue so we can plan the next steps. In your offer, please let me know your experience with Colorbond roof leaks, whether your quote includes the plaster patching, and when you are available to take a look, I am pretty flexible. Budget is indicative for inspection, diagnosis, and repair. Happy to discuss a revised quote once the source of the leak is found.

Need mounted well, and support as plasterboard won’t hold the full weight from what I assume. Hide cables would be good too

(1) I have some ceiling holes made by an electrician that need to be patched (I have the pieces of gyprock), and a couple of smaller 10mm drill areas (2 through plaster and 2 through brick) than need to be filled with an appropriate filler. And then painted as below. (2) There are a few small patches around the areas of the holes that have glue on the wall and/or paint ripped off from previous ducting that needs sanding back/off, then painted. (3) I will provide ceiling and wall paints for you to paint the affected areas once patched. See photos. The ceiling at the highest point where most of the holes are is 3.6m. One of the areas is under a stairwell, which might be reached by a stair-compatible ladder or possibly from the stairs at the same level on the other side. See Photo of stairwell. This is a residential property, there are no access issues, it is my home. Parking: There is no dedicated parking, I can provide all-day street parking permits. Usually it does not take long to get a park during a weekday.
