Need to render a small portion of a wall. The wall will be framed up with cement sheet today and then just need to render it to match the rest of the wall

I need an entryway mirror mounted on the wall, and a large TV mounted on the wall. I have a bracket. The walls are drywall so need a reliable stud finder and someone experienced in doing jobs like this.

We require someone to repair the render where our decals have been removed from the wall. The wall then needs to be re-painted. I have the sample pot of the colour required.

Need to have about 40 tiles removed and the same tiles replaced back Underlying surface when tiles uplifted will need to be levelled. Note do not want whole verandah done..just the probelmatic ones. Its a small but fiddly job I know Some tiles might need some slight shaving in order to get them back in place Have a few spare tiles as well in case a tile is cracked

Need a kings awning attached to a Thule roof rack. I have the mounting kit but would prefer someone who knows what they’re doing to do it so that I don’t make any mistakes. Rack is 91cm long x 85 cm wide roughly. Awning is 2 m long

Fee is for attending, detailed report and measuring the size of the awning so I can work out if the replacement costs are fair. I can't go in person atm. You don't need to go into the apartment but you'll need a hook of some kind to pull the awnings down. If you think you can fix it you can quote direct to me, or advise extra fee while on site. I do have an agent managing the property but they are not being much help in this case. Job can be done any time between 8am-6pm by arrangement, but ideally between 8-11 am as that's when I'm most available on the phone.

Needing help with fixing the following: 1. Screen fly from bedroom left side is broken 2. Kitchen Cabinet door needs to be put back 3. (Potential) change lock for screen door, unfortunately I do not have a photo of this and unsure at this point if this is to be done.
