Hi there, I need a professional plumber or an experienced handyman to fix/replace a mini cistern tap (quarter turn valve) under the sink, as shown in the attached photo . Scope of work: Inspect the current tap/valve and determine if it needs a washer replacement or a complete replacement. Supply and install a new quarter-turn mini cistern tap if necessary. Ensure there are no leaks after installation. Notes: Please bring your own tools and necessary sealing materials (like Teflon tape). The mains water switch can be turned off during the repair. Shower tap in bathroom has been leaking and need a plumber to fix it

Hi, I need help with a few repair issues in an apartment in Zetland. Main issues to inspect/fix: 1. Toilet cistern running continuously There is water running in the toilet all the time. It may need the cistern mechanism adjusted or a part replaced. 2. Washing machine connection leak When the washing machine is connected/used, there is some water leakage. I need someone to inspect the hose, tap connection and/or drain area and fix the leak if possible. 3. Built-in Westinghouse microwave not powering on The built-in microwave has completely stopped working. There is no display, light or response. We tested the same power outlet with another appliance and the outlet works, so the issue appears to be with the microwave itself. I need someone to inspect/diagnose it and advise whether it can be repaired or should be replaced. 4.Dishwasher appears locked / not responding The dishwasher seems to be locked and I am not sure why. I need someone to inspect it, check whether it is a child/control lock issue, and advise if it can be reset or repaired. Optional issue: One power point not working One power point does not work. This is optional and only to be inspected/repaired if you are a licensed electrician. If not, that is fine and I can arrange it separately. Please only apply if you have relevant experience with plumbing repairs and/or appliance diagnosis. Please confirm which of the above items you are qualified and comfortable to inspect or repair. 18 Ebsworth Street Zetland. Just moved in today, Removalist’s team unable to connect washing machine , reason being difficult angle of connection. I have just gotten the carpets cleaned, if you could remove your shoes before coming in that would be great!

Licensed plumber required, please provide license number in quote - Toilets leaking water after flushing - pressing the flush button a second time stops the water running - Shower head replacement - replacement will be provided - Water running lukewarm from all taps and showers - tried adjust tempering valve to no effect. Possible that the TMV cartridge needs replacing (20 year old apartment)

I bought a new kitchen tap, need to have the old one removed and install the new one.
