Need someone to help turn off water valve now. We are in a residential commercial building and need to turn off the valve as the pipe is leaking.

I need to split the existing cold water shut-off into two outlets (dual outlet valve or a tee + extra shut-off). One outlet stays as-is, and the second will feed the fridge. The fridge connection/fitting is 15 mm (see the pictures), where the line attaches. I don't need help with connecting it to the fridge. The fridge is already installed, and the only thing that I need is a dual outlet. You should have relevant plumbing licence/certificate.
