I need a plumber between 10.30-11am this to investigate a grease trap blockage in line with grease trap being emptied Empty is scheduled for 10.30, would need to look at filter and potentially jet the lines to ensure no other blockages as we are having a recurring issue with drains backing up

I need a plumber or someone with the skills to help remove the blockage. The kitchen sink water flows to the outdoor drainage, but there is a blockage preventing the waste water freely flowing to the outdoor drain

Hi, I'm looking for a licensed plumber (or suitably qualified hot water specialist) to diagnose and repair my Dux Proflo 100L electric storage hot water system. The issue: - No hot water anywhere in the apartment (including the kitchen). - The system was working previously and has now stopped heating. - Power is on to the property. About the installation: - Dux Proflo 100L electric storage hot water system. Installed inside a cupboard approximately 1 metre above the floor. - I am the owner of the apartment. - I have access to all electrical switchboards. - A ladder is available if required. - Plenty of photos are attached showing the unit and surrounding area. Ideally, I'd like the system repaired if the fault is something like the heating element, thermostat or another replaceable component. If the cylinder itself has failed or isn't economical to repair, I'd appreciate a quote to: - Remove and dispose of the existing unit. - Supply a replacement hot water system (around 80–125L is fine). - Install and commission the new unit. Please let me know: - Your availability - Whether your offer includes diagnosis - Any additional costs for parts if required Thank you!
