The issue: - No hot water anywhere in the apartment (including the kitchen). - The system was working previously and has now stopped heating. - Power is on to the property. About the installation: - Dux Proflo 100L electric storage hot water system. Installed inside a cupboard approximately 1 metre above the floor. - I am the owner of the apartment. - I have access to all electrical switchboards. - A ladder is available if required. - Plenty of photos are attached showing the unit and surrounding area.
