Armondo Vicaro TINK Mixer sink tap leaking. (Crica 2015) (assume it needs a new cartridge). NB: There is a strange grub screw inside the mixer cover. See pic It's slightly bigger than a 4mm allen key. Would like it done sooner rather than later (hence the offer). You'll need to supply the replacement cartridge. The toilet flushing mechanism is not working. The small plastic tube under the button fell out and is missing. Once the cistern is full it flows into the toilet bowl.

Toilet isn’t working properly so I’ve turned off via the valve. Spoke to a plumber who isn’t being too responsive so coming to airtasker for input. Sounds like: - the adjustment’s too high on the inlet balance and going into the outlet valve - the flexy hose needs replacing - new stop valve needed at wall - Due date: Flexible

The roll holder doesn't hang properly as the wall is too thin. We got it fixed before but it's falling again. We have a different set up in another bathroom and that may have to be the solution (see photo with the extra wood piece on the wall) - Due date: Flexible
